Chapter 47: Speaking

Jimin had finished telling Minha about what had happened, Tae looking shocked at the newfound info being forcefully fed to him.

Not that he'd complain, he wanted something to happen between the two.

But what that was, Jimin had no idea.

See, he knew that something lie between the two, he just didn't know what it was, couldn't place his finger on it. Jimin just had that feeling.

But it's not like he knew his feelings towards the undead creature- pshh.

Not even a little.

He says it to himself like this as he hopes it won't bloom into something more, especially with what happened last night, them almost kissing.

How could Jungkook be changing how he felt about the other slowly? Over time?

He wanted to deny, but he couldn't. Plus with Tae's constant jokes and innuendos, how could he not.

But, what he feared, was accepting that he might, might, be developing some feelings for Jungkook. He just didn't want to give in to Tae's satifaction about everything.

One thing was for sure though. He had to find out why and when the zombie began changing. Even if that meant going back to where Minha orginated from.

Because it would bother him until he knew, he was just like that.

"Minha?" Jimin began "Is it possible for something undead to come back to life?"

"Hmm? I haven't heard of anything like that before, but it could be something new, however..." Minha said, sending a concerned glance towards the other.

"However?" Jimin repeated, trying to mentally ready himself for what sounded like something profound about to leave Minha's mouth.

"You could be bringing him back to life. It's not very common to hear about, probably not common at all, but I think your bringing out the human side of him. Not too sound of an argument, but something to go off of." Minha spoke, looking at Jimin with a newfound expression, one that Jimin couldn't make out.

"What do you mean? How could I, a human, bring out the human in an otherwise dead, but still somehow living being? It doesn't make sense, nor does it add up. Plus, I refuse to believe that I'm changing some undead being just because it's been tagging along with us so we could find out why he got bit." Jimin said so fast, he felt lightheaded and had to place his hand on his head to keep it from feeling like it was about to explode.

"I mean that you, somehow, are the thing that makes his heart beat, which otherwise, hasn't done that in quite a long time. As you said earlier, you felt something moving in him, right? Well, I'm not sure how, but you I believe are the thing that's slowly bringing him back to life. And once we get to where I was injected with the vile, we'll be able to see and tell if what they injected me with is anything similar to what he has. If so, we can find the source of everything and put it to end end, stop it from causing anymore harm." Minha stated, giving factual glances at Jimin everytime she'd mention Jungkook.

A look of worry and anxiety cast on Jimin's face, he stared at Minha "But... what about me and everything about this is bringing him back to life?" Jimin questioned.

He wanted to know what it was about him that brought back the human in Jungkook.

He really did not think it was anything about him or as Tae keeps teasing "love" and "being boyfriends".

Jimin really saw no connection or correlation to how any of this connected.

But, what is he kidding.

It's not like he cared about what he thought he might be feeling about the zombie.

"Let's just focus on getting to where you were injected at" Jimin said.

Would they get there in one go?

Or would there be something, or someone, in their way.
