Jimin was keeping his mind busy by thinking of finding paper and a pencil, so he could write down questions he thought of and write down answers he might possibly get from the zombie.
Maybe even learn its name, if it even remembered it.
Jimin walked back through the door in which Tae and the zombie were, hoping that if he scampered the halls and rooms, he could find what he was looking for.
So he turned around, heading towards a door halfway down the hall, hoping that it would open.
After reaching the door, he jiggled the doorknob, discovering that it was unlocked and open to him.
He took his chance and twisted the knob, opening the door, noticing it was pitch black.
He creeped inside the door, knife in hand as he got prepared to attack whatever might be in the dark room.
He slowly walked alongside the wall of the room, other hand running on the wall, hoping to feel for a light switch.
He searched for a minute until his hand ran over what felt like a switch sticking out of the wall. He flipped it and thankfully the lights turned on.
"Oh... thank God..." Jimin said, thankful that the power to this room worked as it should.
"Now, where can I find the paper and pencil?" Jimin thought to himself, eyes scanning over to what was a desk with a worn down chair, blood certain places from past struggles with the dead.
He walked towards the desk, noticing paper and pencil sitting on it.
Jimin grabbed both, hoping he could come up with questions to ask the zombie, maybe even leaving space for its name.
Exiting the room, Jimin was on his way back to the previous room, hoping to find Tae still alive and in one piece there.
He stopped for a second, choosing questions to write down, coming up with a few generic ones like 'what are you?' 'Do you know where you came from?', and lastly, deciding to write 'what is your name?'.
After thinking of three things to write down, he finished walking back to the room, to see Tae still alive and the zombie still mindlessly staring off into the distance.
"Tae, I'm back and I've got three questions we can ask it."
"Alright Jimin, let's get started, shall we?"
With that, they both found chairs nearby and placed them in front of the zombie.
"Alright, zombie... I don't know if you can hear us or understand us, but we've got some questions we'd like you to answer."
The zombie looked at Jimin, just staring at him, making a chill run down his spine.
Jimin ignored this and started to ask the first question.
"Ok... first question. Do... do you know what you are?" Jimin asked, looking up at the zombie for any sign he could get.
The zombie kept looking straight into Jimin's eyes, making noise until he heard it speak as best it could...
"Y...ye.." Was all the zombie could get out.
"Alright, taking that as a yes. At least that's what it sounds like anyway." Jimin said, knowing that was as best as it could answer.
"Next question... do you... know where you came from?" Jimin asked, hoping it could answer this question.
But the zombie only shook its head side to side.
"Ok... no then." He stated.
"Last one... your name."
The zombie just stared at Jimin silently, as of thinking of how to answer.
Jimin kept looking at it, hoping to recieve a somewhat intelligent response, but wasn't able to get anything.
So he decided to just wait.
And wait.
And wait...
Until he finally heard garbled noises coming from it, knowing that it was struggling on how to say its name.
Jimin sat there for a little bit longer, until he heard the zombie speak.
"J... Jung... Kook"
Jimin and Taehyung looked at each other, as if knowing what to do next.
Would they be able to bring "Jungkook" home with them to learn more about "him"?
