Chapter 80: Realize

"I was wondering why you chose us instead." Jimin had asked, genuinely curious.

He watched as the judge had taken on a sort of shocked 'I'm-surprised-your-even-asking-that' look.

"Mr. Park... I don't know if your aware of this, but I chose you, to believe in you, because I've known how filthy that man can be from the first moment he had begun guarding the gates. I've also seen how innocent that... boy is, and I really believe that he is changing for the better. Oh, pardon me, but what is the boy's name your accompanying?" The judge had stated, almost amused from how obvious this should have been to Jimin.

"It's... it's Jungkook. I don't know his last name but he told me the story of how he got like this. I have no idea why he told me, but I genuinely believe that he's different from the other zombies because when I kiss him, he becomes more... human." Jimin stated, feeling like he was treading a thin line by giving the judge this information.

But he quickly relaxed as he watched the judge's face morph into an expression of softness and a fond look in his eyes.

"Ah. I see. I do think it is something to do with you kissing him and telling him you love him that seems to be making him change back into a human. I'll be honest with you, Mr. Park. As soon as I saw him, I could tell by the look in his eyes as he was watching you that he is completely head over heels for you. I would have absolutely no doubt in my mind that you really were the catalyst that began changing him. Now do excuse me while I head back before my break ends in 15 minutes, gives me time to rest before my next client comes in and makes a fuss." The judge said, almost like he was giving Jimin the straight-shot of his day.

And with that, Jimin realized he and his group of friends would no longer have to deal with that pain in the neck guard, and all he stood for.

After what had been a hectic week, Jimin had no need to lie to himself, he thought he should go and have a chat with those two guys that had taken the man away at the plant.

So he turned away and began walking towards his friends, who themselves had eventually began moving out of the room.

But before anything, Jimin turned his aim towards Jungkook, who had been slowly eyeing the place, taking in everything as he was constantly changing back into a human.

"Jungkook!" Was all Jimin said before running up to him and enveloping him in a vice-grip hug and connecting his lips with Jungkook's, who had a look of surprise written on his face from the welcome intrusion.

As soon as the kiss broke, Jimin quickly looked up to him and said "I love you." Before backing up and smiling at him.

"I love y-you too..."

Hearing those words from Jungkook made him begin to tear up.

"I'm going to talk with those two guards. I'll be back." Jimin stated, glancing around the room to find them exiting the room.

As soon as he found them exiting the room, he began wandering off, making haste to reach them before they got away.

"Suga! Hobi! Wait up! I need to ask you something!!" Jimin practically yelled while jogging to catch up with them.

At hearing their names being belted out, they had simultaneously turned their heads in curiousity of who had been yelling their names.

As they turned their heads, they saw Jimin running towards them, shouting their names.

What would he ask them?

I went out of town today and got back around 2 I think. Got some cute clothes and makeup.
