Chapter 72: Bickering

As soon as Jimin pressed his ear to the door in attempt to hear the conversation taking place on the other side of the walls, Jimin heard the gate man yell something.

"I HAD TO GET REVENGE!!!"

'Jesus' Jimin thought. 'He's definitely got something wrong with him. I hope we can find out why and how everything started.'

"Can we go in?" Tae had questioned, throwing that out there in hopes that they could hear at least something about all of this.

"Yes, Tae. We will go in, but we need to have a base ground in all of this. We can't just go prancing in there without setting expectations." Jimin stated, turning around to find Tae glancing towards the door with a nervous expression painted on his features.

"Yes. We need to go in with evidence as to what he has done wrong. Otherwise they won't believe us." Minha stated, gently holding onto Jungkook's arm, making sure he wouldn't run off without them.

"Yeah, we will need evidence of evetything... but what will we use as evidence to show his wrongdoings?" Jimin questioned.

They had all glanced at each other then looked directly towards Jungkooks, who had been just staring blankly towards the grey door, looking unsteady as he took in everything happening.

"Are you guys thinking what I'm thinking?" Jimin questioned, almost something more along the lines of a statement, which was meant for the other two to figure out quite easily.

"I think I know what you're talking about." Minha responded, openly agreeing with Jimin's question-statement.

"Oh no, you guys. We are not doing this. I only told you guys hoping that you wouldn't want to go in there all willy nilly, hoping not to turn this into something it's not." Tae had stated, becoming defensive as he felt they didn't need to go in there, interrupting whatever was going on inside, as it was interrupting something that was very important to them.

"Yes, Tae. Jungkook is the perfect thing to bring inside. That way, we'll be able to show them how it affects some people who were exposed to the chemicals leaking in the place." Jimin responded, hoping Taehyung would see his point if he just kept pushing that invisible edge, making Taehyung teeter on his thoughts and decisions about what would happen if they did take Jungkook in that room.

"That's just wrong, Jimin." Tae muttered. "Fine. We can do it." He stated quietly, hating that he lost out on such an argument.

But he really did want to see how things would go down if they had brought Jungkook inside that room, which had been filled with so much distrust and anger that had been emanating from the edges of the door as the men in the other room decided what to do with the angry gate man that had been yelling profanities at them if they didn't let him go, let him free.

"Taehyung," Jimin got serious. " I know that your worried something bad may, and possibly could happen to us, but try not to worry. If worse comes to worse, and they want proof Jungkook won't hurt anyone, we'll take him outside show them exactly what he's been like the entire trip with us. Even us, since he hadn't bitten us or anything the whole time." Jimin stated.

And yes, Jimin did admit he had had feelings for Jungkook, but he was willing to take him in there with the rest of the bickering men and show them exactly how he was, and maybe even give them a bit of his backstory, which was definitely one of the saddest stories he'd heard growing up.

"Ok, men. Now that we've seemingly come to an agreement, let's head in, shall we?" Minha interjected.

They all nod, pushing the door open.
