Beautiful Disaster

Ch.27

"He should be in his room." Marco says once we reach the almost full house." I nod and tell Dina I'm going upstairs before walking off with Marco to the kitchen.

Making my way up the stairs I hear Alec yelling at someone in his room. "I don't care if you miss me Serena. I said leave me alone. You made your bed now lay in it." Pressing my ear to the door I decide to listen further before making my presence known. "Don't pull that love bullshit on me. Don't show up tonight. Goodbye." I hear him say before a loud crash sounds in his room.

Knocking on the door I open it and pretend to act like I didn't hear the conversation. "Who's ready time partayyyy. I am I am." I say pointing at myself smiling. Discreetly glancing at his phone on the floor.

So I guess that's what he threw.

"Hi sugarplum." He says throwing his arms around me. "I missed you." Hugging him a little tighter I tell him I missed him too.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah. Let me put my shirt on and then we can go head downstairs. It sounds like it's already getting crazy." I let him go and sit on the bed.

He grabs a random black t shirt from his closet and puts it on. I take that as my chance to check him out. His hair was all over the place but I could tell it was still a little wet meaning he probably just came from the shower and he had on light jeans with a few rips in them.

So to make a long story short, he looked good. He always made the simplest outfits look like they cost a million dollars.  Licking my lips, I looked him up and down. Maybe it was the pre-game shots that I had in the car but Alec was making my body light up just by standing there.

Getting off the bed I walked towards him and started kissing him. He was surprised at first but then soon started kissing me back with more passion then either one of us could handle. After a few more minutes of kissing he pulls away and places his forehead on mine trying to catch his breath.

"As much as I'd love to stay up here and spend the whole night kissing you we have to head downstairs." Nodding I lean away from him and walk towards the door when he grabbed my arm and kissed me one more time. "That one was to last me until midnight. Now let's go." He says smiling and holding my hand while we walked out.

Once we made it downstairs I took note of how full the party seemed to be compared to when I got here. Everybody was dancing on everybody and I saw a few kids from school.

"I'm going to get something to drink you want anything?" Alec says in my ear. "Of course get me a cup of something strong." I say winking and he laughs. "Yeah that's not happening this time. I don't need everyone looking at my girlfriend more then they already do." He says before walking to the kitchen.

His girlfriend. Sigh.

As I looked around the crowd I saw Dina dirty dancing against Marco. Shaking my head I keep scanning the crowd and my eyes fall on one person in particular.

I just can't get a break can I?

As If feeling someone looking his eyes lift off the girl next to him and meet mine and for a minute they soften until it looks up at the person standing behind me and they harden again.

"So I got you a nice strong cup of vodka and cranberry juice." Turning around I take a sip of the cup and realize it's more juice than vodka. "Strong is overstatement." Alec smiles. Hearing a crash he tells me he'll be right back and then walks towards he noise upstairs.

I make my way towards the kitchen to make myself a proper drink. Deciding that I wanted to sober enough to actually get a New Years kiss I only pour a little more vodka in my cup and leave the kitchen.
