"Well," you trailed off as you stepped closer. Brushing your hand over their school logo, a couple of blue swirls. Representing a calm breeze, that you would feel as you flew. "I could notify your principal about your behavior outside of school," you asserted dropping your hand, "Bullying another student and causing a disruption in a public place. Wouldn't do you any justice for your positions on your flying team, would it?" You stepped away with your back turned shrugging a bit. Looking over your shoulder to see their 'badass' looks shift. Checkmate.
"Yeah...," Alex wavered glancing at Tom, "Like you could do that."
"Oh but I can," you smirked as you faced them again, "You see I work in this establishment. Meaning I have access to the camera's throughout the library."
Their eyes widened in alarm as they looked up. Scanning the roof to find at least 3 different cameras pointing in our direction. Recording every single bit of the exchange. You noticed Tom swiftly put his head down, suddenly interested in the brown carpeted floor. While, Alex constantly glanced at it. Never holding direct eye contact as he rubbed his freckled face. The right corner of your mouth twitched as you saw them squirm. It felt slightly good.
"And it seems I have video footage of everything," you teased, "As you now know." You faint snicker escaped your mouth as Tom stared you down.
"What's going on," a horrible whisper sounded from your left, stopping your laugh. You peeked and saw a group of teens, watching with books in their arms.
"Those two dudes were bullying the yellow monster," one of them explained, "Then the girl in the leather jacket stood up for her." The group stood there watching like the nosy teens they were. Wanting the 'tea' so, they could spill it later. Usually, people staring at you ticked you off a bit, however, this could play in your favor. You looked back at the boys, who were rocking back and forth.
"Not to mention that I have a couple of witnesses," you added. Tipping your head to the left towards the group of teens. Causing the boys to finally notice the other people around. Watching down the aisles, trying to get books or work at a table.
"Shit," Tom whispered as he ran his hand through his hair.
"Now," you trailed off stepping towards them, "I ask you again." Glaring at them with your icy [e/c] eyes, you dared, "Stop messing with my friend and apologize unless you want me to knock you down a peg or two." It was almost as if they became three times smaller than before, cowering from your intense stare. Without being told again, they did exactly that.
"I'm so sorry," Tom apologized rapidly, swiftly turning to Alphys. Placing his hands together and bowing with his head down. As if Alphys was their sensei or something. "I'm very sorry!"
"I'm sorry too," Alex added, "I won't do it again." Copying Tom's movements and bowing as well.
"Here are your books," Tom added as he swiftly picked them up. Shoving the dropped mangas into her hands.
They obviously wanted to get out of the situation. Fearing that they would get kicked off the team and what you could possibly do. You did look threatening and your outfit sure didn't help in the kind and sweet factor. Your large black leather jacket over your white v-neck. Around your neck was a leather necklace, that held a long shark tooth at the end- which your sister got it for you today from school. Your legs were covered with black jeans riddled with rips and tears. While, your feet wore a pair of black combat boots with the laces loose on the sides. Tom and Alex looked over at you with slight fear, wondering if they were free to go. You felt a bit guilty when you saw this, thinking of yourself under the shadow's mercy. The good feeling from before vanishing. However, when you fuck with someone [Y/N] likes or cares about...
We were going to have a big problem.
"Go and I don't want to see you messing with any of my friends again," you growled, "Understood?" Without another word, Tom and Alex nodded. Scampering out of the library as you watched staring daggers into their backs. You sighed loudly when the doors closed behind them. Slowly turning to Alphys, "Hey are you ok-"
"Th- th- thank you," Alphys cried lightly as she tackled you with a hug. Throwing you off guard, standing there with your hands hovering over her. Eyes widening slightly in confusion and distress. No one has ever hugged you other than your sister, at least not in years. Alphys buried her head into your shirt, dirtying it with her tears. "Thank yo- you," she repeated, her voice quivering sending you to instant mom mode.
"Hey, it's all right," you whispered into her ear. A soft smile gracing your lips as you lower your hands. Hugging her in return and rubbing the top of her head. "I got you nothing bad is going to happen," you comforted her. Soothing her, enough for her to let it all out.
"AL ARE YOU OKAY!"
