Chapter 28 - Kissy Skyleigh

Elyan's PoV~

"Your suitors are here, girl." Kissy said, may kasama pang pagsundot sa tagiliran ko.

Nasa counter na ang waiter na inutusan ko gumawa ng strawberry juice. Kumuha siya ng baso mula sa cabinet na nasa tabi niya, pagkatapos ay kumuha naman siya ng strawberry at inilagay ito sa blender.

"Stop it. The one on the left side is my boyfriend." I answered nonchalantly.

"What?! Hey what's happening?! I thought──"

May mga itinaktak pa siya sa blender, galing iyon sa mga maliliit na container na naka display so tingin ko safe naman 'yon.

"It's a deal. I'll be his girlfriend for 1 month, it's almost a month anyway."

"Oh .."

Pinindot na niya ang blender, lumapit naman sa kanya ang isa pang waiter na lalaki at may ibinulong sa tenga niya. Tumango siya at mukhang ibinilin sa lalaking lumapit yung susunod na ihahalo sa strawberry juice.

"Oh my, they are both staring at you girl. I'm afraid that you're going to melt there anytime." Pang-aasar na naman ni Kissy.

May itinaktak si waiter number 2 sa strawberry juice ko, pero hindi iyon yung ibinilin sa kanya kanina nung waiter na inutusan ko. Heh ... Trying to harm me? I'm afraid that you're just harming yourself dear. I can't help but smirk.

"Haha, don't mind them" Sabi ko kay Kissy.

Bumalik na yung waiter na inutusan ko gumawa ng juice sa bar counter (pangalanan natin siyang waiter number 1) at isinalin na sa baso ang juice na nasa blender. Pagkatapos ay lumapit siya sa'kin at inabot yung juice.

I put the glass in my mouth and pretended that I swallowed the juice while observing the faces of everyone present.

Anyone who will look at me while drinking this juice is the perpetrator.

"Elyan, what's wrong?" Kissy asked worriedly.

Gotcha!

I smiled and put down the glass on the table.

"Nothing. Girl, let me ask you something .. If your Mom and Dad divorced, where will you guys stay? Are you going somewhere far from here?" Change topic agad ako, aacting ako mamaya kaya kailangan walang makapansin ng plano ko.

"I don't know ... Mom will get alimony for sure, but I don't know if it will be enough for the both of us. Anyway, I can do part-time jobs aside from being the country's youth ambassador." She answered.

"That's good, but don't worry, I am not your friend for nothing." Yeah, I will help you whenever you need my help.

"Jeez, I'm not going to take you for granted, girl! Hahahahaha."

"Silly, of course you can work with me. It isn't called 'taking for granted' okay?"

Nakita ko sa peripheral view ko na sumusulyap sulyap sa'kin yung babaeng nag utos kay waiter number 2 na maglagay ng kung ano sa juice ko, so I pretended na nasagi ng kamay ko ang baso. Natapon lahat ng juice na laman nito at sinigurado ko naman na nakita niya ang nangyari.

Lumapit muli si waiter number 1 at pinunasan agad ang lamesa. Tumayo ako at bumulong sa kanya, medyo mahaba ang sinabi ko at halatang nagtaka siya. I named a price, then he instantly nodded his head.

As I expected, talagang naghahanap yung babae ng ikapapahamak niya. Aish, tsk tsk. Don't dare act against me, because I'll make sure that you will reap what you sow.
