Sa ngayon ay nagkakaroon ng isang pandemic. Nagkakagulo ang lahat dahil sa covid19 o ang virus na dala ng mga instik na mahilig magmukbang ng mga infected na paniki.
I deactivated my Facebook account and decided to not reactivate it until this pandemonium subsides because of the chaos and stupidity brought by some humans.
The posts are getting toxic. I can feel the surge of bandwagon and fake analysts.
People classify Filipinos as either DDS or Dilawan. If you support the government's campaign, they'll call you DDS, idiots, and unpatriotic if you are not angry against the government.
Me, on the other hand does not feel anger to the government. Rather, I feel disappointment. I can see lapses.
Yet there is also no perfect government. I see that the president is trying his best to fight covid19 and protect us Filipinos.
It is understandable that they empathize with the poor and the needy, but the criticism is too much that they fail to see the other side.
When you are blinded by your emotions, you forget that there are two sides of a coin. There is no pure bad and there's no pure good. And so are the leaders. And so is our president.
Why do they have to label Filipinos into two sides? I am neutral. I side with what is right. I see both the lapses and the strengths. Now, isn't that better?
Second, if we get angry over trivial things, we only weaken our immune system which we badly need to protect us from covid19.
Third point, if we oust duterte now, it would take time. And who is next line, of course the vice president. Are you confident that she's better than our president in handling this problem?
Fourth point, bashing and ranting in social media won't get us anywhere. It won't help the president solve this. Unless he is reading your posts, then he will surely hear you. But no.
Fifth point, if we can criticize a person, then it means we know something is wrong or something is missing. Then we have to inform that person nicely and suggest!
Instead of bantering and bashing, why don't we just help each other as citizens of our country? Why can't we just do our part and he'll the president solve this issue?
Sixth point, people who claim to be "intelligent" are actually the ones who get furious and rant their asses out at social media like it an empty can. Basing their rage on a cut out message. Lol. Parang tanga.
Meanwhile, smart people are chilling and watching the "intellectuals" loose their cool and go berserk over losing points because they know that the law implied and said are clearly needed and applicable.
I am not pro duterte. I fact, I kinda hate him at first. Yet I admit that he has done reform also in our country. He is right when he let the DSWD take the turn in distributing the goods. It's to avoid pamumulitika.
Ang kulang talaga sa kanya ay ang pagmention ng concrete plan. The plan he mentioned was too broad. And in times of crisis, what people need to hear in order to calm their asses out are consolations and concrete solutions which was not really emphasized in his speech.
Mass testing and rapid distribution of goods for all, benefits for medical workers, a quarantine hospital, and gears, and equipments... kulang.
