Defining Leadership

Leading is not synonymous to helping people. It's more than that. Leading also requires tactical intelligence, to plan and execute in efficient ways in solving the problems. To discipline astray people, and standing on our ground, not based on other's perceptions. Think of the commanders in military.

Ang pamumuno is not all about awa. Kung puro awa at puso ang pinapairal, you will end up releasing the evil when they're good in threatening, or shedding tears.

In the palace, there are wild animals ready to crush you, and eat you alive. There will be a lot of threats, oppositions, bribes, defamations, frame-ups, and such to damage your reputation.
If the president is soft, he/she will lose his/her balance and will end up succumbing to the manipulators and becomes a tool for selfish gains. And the country will fall into doom.

Our country is facing many battles. The battles of our society against corruption, violence, crimes, poverty, pollution, source shortage, and many more.

When all of these pressure combine, the president of the state will either fight or flight. Ang duwag at mahihina ay tatakbo lang at magtatago. Ang matigas ay lalaban at hindi natitinag.

When the head is lost, the body will not last long.  We all collapse. Wala. Wasak lahat.

This incoming election, I can say that
Bullcraps are everywhere. True leaders are gems.

They are humble. But it shows. They don't fight back with harsh words. But they stand true to their ground and their goal. Those who have malicious intentions will bark. While those are are gems will don't mind and do their jobs.

One of the valuable things that I could say as an ENTJ is that, excellent and genuine leaders unify their people towards one common goal and that is development, progress, and excellence. They are not full of words and promises, but they inspire their people through their ACTIONS, CLEAR and REALISTIC PLANS. Their subordinates are confident by their side because they know that this person SEE SOLUTIONS and EXECUTE them right away, no delays INSTEAD OF CRITICIZING and TALKING.

They will shove their competence through RESULTS not based on what will satisfy people. Promises are nonsense and nothing. 

They are ACCOUNTABLE for the things they have done. They strive to improve and careful not to repeat the mistakes. They LOOK FORWARD and PLAN FORWARD because that's the only way to excel.

Their time is gold. And every minute of their lives must be productive.

LASTLY, they know exactly what they're doing. Hindi sila natitinag pagka't sila'y may paninindigan. Hindi sila lampa at lutang na puppet. May ngipin ang kanilang mga batas. Hindi mo sila masusuhulan o maloloko dahil malaki ang pagpapahalaga nola sa kanilang pride at dignidad. 

They mean what they say. And that's what makes them credible.

So, ang tanong, sino ang mga tunay na leader? Nasaan sila?
