A leader is like a tree.
It has its own good characteristics. Positive and negative styles.
It is beautiful. The soil has abundant nutrients.
But, a leader, is like a plant.It is ought to grow but cannot grow because people that surrounds him puts barrier.
The tree really wanted to grow. To do things. To learn and help.The tree endured the limited space but kept himself nourished. He observed and analyzed .
Until such time came that the tree barrier cannot stop the tree anymore. The tree barrier was now, broken!
A well nourished big tree cannot be stopped by any barrier.
