Not everything that has been written in the bible must be imitated in real life, I think.

The bible is not a book of rainbows and unicorns, of happy endings. The events there are sometimes tragic because of the human's greediness, lust, envy, pride, and hunger for power.

Even the holy book has darkness in it. Actually both lightness and darkness. So a holy person is not necessarily pure good. He/she knows the ways of evil. He/she isn't ignorant yet he/she remains balanced.

A holy person for me is not those who  wear long clothes, and called father or sister. A holy person is one who has found the light out of the darkness, who realized and saw the world as a whole, not blinded by the religion's rituals but is actually connected to God even without going to church and praying the rosary or whatsoever.

It is a book of conspiracies, of lies, women being raped, women who are forced to marry someone they don't love and bringing children just because she is the eldest. Newborns being slaughtered, men beheaded. Women seducing men to manipulate them in their fingers. The Lord himself suffering, betrayed, and crucified.

It's teaching us to have faith in the right people because some might deceive us.

The bible- it's teaching us that every antagonist can be changed, if they open their hearts to it.

It is a book of hope, and at the same time a book containing about the history of evil. The good and the bad. The moral and the immoral.
