He fainted.

I sigh in relief, glad I don't have to answer that question. He looks so sick, and tired. I dragged him to the sofa, and I wince from the heat of his body.

Firey's got a fever, huh.

I get him all the medicine he needs, and a wet cloth for him. Seems like I'll be taking the day off tomorrow taking care of this baby.

I mumble his question, and thought of it.

What does he mean by replace?

Though— his other questions almost crossed the line. He almost knew about me and Eggy— what if he does.

Is he just doing this out of pity?

I panic, thinking of a solution to make him forget about me and Eggy.

Maybe he's only staying to hide the fact he knows about it.

I roll on my bed, mumbling answers for him, hoping he's not awake and listening by the door.

"Well, if I already have Eggy that means.. you are kind of replaceable.."

No, that sounds too harsh. Plus, I don't even need to answer that! He'll probably forget about it by morning.

Though, just in case— I stole his phone.

Firey's phone is easy to get since it doesn't have any password on it.

I check his messages, he mostly talks to his pals and nobody else. Except his cousin Match.
