The portal shuts and I turn around to face the Throne Room. The Avengers stand to wait for us.
'Uh oh. Welp I'm going to have a bath, by Val,' I turn and start heading towards the door when my father and Captain America step out in front of me.
'Father, Steve,' I greet.
'Raven,' they reply.
We stand in silence for a moment before I take another step forwards.
'Where do you think you're going?'
'To have a bath. I'm cold.'
'What from? Freezing an entire shed full of Italian Mafias?' Tony asks.
I turn around slowly sighing. 'No from building a snowman up on the mountain,' I reply. How the fuck does he know. That happened only seconds ago.
'Tell the truth, Raven. What were you doing?'
'Building a snowman with Valarie,' I say again.
'I will use truth serum on you, Raven.'
'I'm a goddess, Tony. It won't work,' I sneer.
'Well actually,' my father begins I glare back at him. He ignores me and gazes thoughtfully at Tony.
'You would have to use a lot more and would have to keep giving it to her,' Loki tells Tony.
'Really?' I groan. 'Are you two serious? We went and built a fucking snowman. Why won't you leave us alone?'
'Oh, I don't know maybe because hundreds of men and women have been murdered in the past day,' Natasha replies. I look over. Huh didn't see her earlier.
'And? I'm not the only serial killer in the worlds. There are heaps others.'
'You are the only one who has a habit of every time you disappear to go around killing others for your own pure sick enjoyment.'
'Enjoyment?' I repeat. 'I don't enjoy killing. I don't enjoy using my daggers and stabbing someone else only for it become covered in blood.'
'Talking about daggers and blood, come over to this table and layout all your daggers on the table and we'll test them with the Italian's DNA. Shall we?' Tony tells me.
'Why are you all picking on Raven? I was with her?' Val asks confused.
'Because honey you haven't done anything wrong.'
'Val how about you go home have a warm shower and warm up. I'll see you later,' I tell her. She looks from me to her blood-free clothes. Her face begins to show realization but I quickly cover her face in a mask and she nods, turns and flies out of the window, towards her home. I turn back to the three Avengers and my father. They gesture to the table. Sighing I walk over and pull out my daggers covering them also in an illusion.
'Without any illusions please Raven.' My father tells me.
'There are no illusions,' I tell him.
He lifts an eyebrow. 'You do remember I have been a god of magic longer then you've been alive,' he hisses at me.
'And?'
He casts a spell that gets rid of my illusion showing all my blood-stained daggers on the tables some still dripping blood. The Avengers look from the daggers to me.
'Why are they covered in blood Raven?' Steve asks me.
'I don't know. I was building a-'
'A snowman we get it. Stop lying and tell us the truth or we will use truth serum on you, Raven.'
