A guy walks in. Val stands up and glares at him.
'You must be Valarie.'
'Not. It's Wendy. Valarie died,' she replies. I silently admire her resting bitch face.
'Well whatever. Raven move it, we have training.'
'I don't follow you,' I reply and glare at him.
'Move it now.' He orders.
I roll my eyes and walk away with him following me. I make my way to the newest room in the castle. It's the castle gym they had designed especially for me to work on my fighting skills. Part of the room is for fighting and there are weights galore.
I'm thrown to the ground the moment I get to the middle of the fighting ring.
'Look at you down there on the floor. Your weak!' He spits at me.
I get up clenching my fists and settling into my boxing position spitting out blood. 'Just...because I am...in pain...doesn't mean...I am weak,' I hiss back.
He hits me twice then kicks me to the ground.
'She isn't weak. She's strong. Stronger than you'll ever be,' Val picks me up from the floor and glares down at the trainer.
You're about to die. Her thoughts are so loud and easy to read.
'Both you and your cousin are weak.'
I back up giving her some room to fight him.
Hey Raven, get a body bag, I hear her thoughts and smirk.
'Thank god, you are no longer the main fighter. Asgard actually wants people alive,' she smiles, hits him and wraps her arm around her neck. He picks her up and throws her over him. She smiles and kicks him down to the ground. She rolls over and chokes him with her leg having her other leg holding him down. He taps her leg and she lets go. She stands up and walks over to me. I watch as he grabs her arm only for Valarie to spin around, grab his arm, flips him around and puts him into the chicken wing defence. He goes to hit her but she blocks his hit and elbows him. He falls to the ground blood dripping from his mouth.
'Fight me even more and I swear to bury you six feet under,' she knees him in the head and he falls unconscious. Val laughs and glances over at me.
'That's my girl.'
'I am your trainer and no one else.'
'Damn right girl,' I say as we walk out.
'Well Raven, I should go eat something so yeah,' she laughs and disappears into ash. I watch the ash amused as it bursts into flames until it disappears into nothing. Then I continue my way down the hall and into the library.
'Thor?' I call out puzzled as I enter the room. He looks up from the book he reads.
'Yes?'
'Valarie interrupted my training.'
'And? I don't have time for you to go around dobbing.'
'Let me finish,' I snap. He leans back in his chair and gestures for me to continue. 'She didn't like the trainer and well he is lying unconscious and bleeding in the training room.'
'And what did you do about it?'
'Notified you about it,' I shoot back at him.
He groans and closes the book. 'Get Valarie and tell her I want her.'
