I chuckled and couldn't help myself from smiling as read the words written on the bottom part of the paper, hindi ko pa mababasa 'yon kung hindi ko tiningnang mabuti.

I took out my notebook and teared a piece of page, and wrote something. Nang matapos ay binalik ko na sa bag ko at hinintay na ang paglapag ng eroplanong sinasakyan ko.

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to NEW MANILA Airport. Local time  is 3:15 in the afternoon and the temperature is 30°. On behalf of Asia Airlines and the entire crew, I’d like to thank you for joining us on this trip and we are looking forward to seeing you on board again in the near future. Have a nice day!”

I wiped the remaining tears in my eyes as I took my luggage off. Kasabay din nang pagtapak ko sa airport ay ang pagpasok ng mga tawag at messages nina Mommy.

Mommy:

I am expecting you're landed by this time. Please call me as soon as possible. Take care, my baby.

Daddy:

Please don't get married yet. Wait for us, okay?

Richela:

Take a pic of your engagement ring please!

Richela:

Stay low-profiled. Artista ka sa Plipinas baka makalimutan mo. Hahahaha! Anyways, please wait for us! We'll be home next month! Dami mo iniwan na works, eh.

Mommy:

Anak, uwi ka muna sa bahay. They are expecting you to be home.

I smiled and immediately called Mom.

"Anak! Are you seeing him tonight?" Mom asked.

Nakita ko agad sa lounge si Kuya Luis. He stayed with our family and still working under my Dad's command now. Sinalubong niya ako at kinuha na ang bagahe na dala ko.

"Hindi ko sure,  Mommy.. I don't know where to see him.."

"Ano ba yan, anak! Of course in his office! Set an appointment or something!" She suggested.

"Paano kung busy siya sa work? I can wait.. I still need to process the transfer of my work in our company.."

I heard her sighed, "I told you to stop worrying about your work. Ayusin niyo muna 'yang dalawa. I know you both need time, you've been away for years! My goodness!"

I nodded, defeated. "Okay, My.. I'll try to see him before the week ends.."

"Ayaw mo ba talagang humingi ng tulong? We can contact him! Or Cai!"

Umiling ako, "No, mommy.. I want to surprise him.. we'll see each other. I believe in faith. I'm Faith right? So let's have faith!" I chuckled at the thought.

"Okay! Basta magingat okay? Wala kami ng daddy mo dyan. Our flight is scheduled next month, so please wait. Don't get married yet! It's a long process, it needs a serious discussion!" Paalala niya sa akin.

"Yes, mom.. We'll just talk... and I'll try to fix our relationship.."

Pagkatapos ng tawag na 'yon ay umuwi na kaagad ako sa bahay. Of course, the helpers welcomed me. May ibang mukha at mukhang bago pa dito, ngunit mas madami ang pamilyar ang mukha.

Manang Linda is also here. Siya ang unang sumalubong sa akin at niyakap kaagad ako.

"Jusmiyo, Faith! Ano 'tong nabalitaan kong ikakasal ka na?! Ang bata mo pa!" Aniya sa akin habang hawak hawak ang pisngi ko.
