NAKANGITI si Ciel habang hinihintay sa isang coffee shop ang kaibigang si Phoebe. May usapan kasi sila na magkikita sila sa coffee shop bago sila mag-shopping.

Phoebe was her only friend that her parents knew. Wala na soyang ibang kaibigan na kilala ng magulang. Hindi dahil sa hindi siya friendly kundi dahil si Phoebe lang ang pumasa sa qualifications ng Daddy niya para maging kaibigan niya.

Hindi naman sa hate niya si Phoebe, it's just that, hindi sila nagkakasundo ng gusto ni Phoebe. Masayahing tao si Phoebe at gusto nito lagi ng atensyon ng lahat ng tao. Ayaw nito na nahihigitan ng kahit na sino, kahit sa simpleng bagay tulad ng bag, damit, pagkain, kulay ng kuko and even the hairstyle.

Gusto nito na kapag tumingin ang tao ay dito lamang mapapako ang mga tingin. Ang totoo napipilitan kang siya na lumabas kasama si Phoebe. Going out with her was her only escape from their house and her parents.

"Cielo Mari!"

Isa pa sa ayaw niya kay Phoebe ay ang pagtawag nito sa kanya sa kanyang buong pangalan.

"Phoebe, you're late." She hate Phoebe and Phoebe knows that.

"Yeah, sorry. Had to do some things." Maarte magsalita si Phoebe at medyo nasasanay na siya rito. Napatingin siya sa kasama ni Phoebe na kanina pa nakamasid sa kanya.

"I thought this shopping time is for the two of us only. Who is he?"

"Cielo Mari, this is Axel Willsons, my cousin. Her mom and my mom are sisters." Binalingna naman nito ang kasama. "Axel, this is my friend, Cielo Mari."

Naglahad ng palad ang lalaki. "Hi, Cielo Mari. It was lovely meeting you."

Something on that guy made her heart beat fast.

"Nice meeting you too, Axel." She took his hand and volts of electricity flow through her body.

Agad niyang binawi ang kamay. Eksakto naman na nagyaya na si Phoebe para mag-shopping. They spent the day wasting money for their luxury. Bags, shoes, clothes, dresses, gowns, slippers, gadgets, and even cars. They bought those things in a day. That's how they shop.

After a tiring day, Ciel went home. As she was ready to sllep her phone beeped. A message from Axel came.

Fron that night, Axel started to court her. He even asked her father's permission to let them go out for a date. And to her surprise, her father gave his permission.

To make the story short, after a few months of dating and she saw how gentleman and nice Axel was, they became official. Axel was her first boyfriend.

They spent a lot of time together. Halos hindi na nga sila nagkikita ni Phoebe dahil laging si Axel ang kasama niya.

She was 22 while Axel was 24 when they became official. A year and a half have passed and they both still loved each other and even planned to marry someday.

Everything was perfect until this one night. Axel wanted to do the sex thing with her. Hindi siya pumayag. Hindi lang naman kasi iyon ang unang beses na nagyaya ito ng ganoong bagay. She refused him for the nth time.

"Bakit ba ayaw mong gawin natin 'yon? We've been dating for a year and a half now, we were already planning for a wedding and yet you don't want to do it with me. Malapit ko nang isipin na hindi mo talaga ako mahal."

Ciel massaged her forehead. Here they go again.

"You know my reasons why I don't want to do it, Axe. I want assurance before I gave my purity to you."
