I dare Mericcup to go on another date and ride into the sunset on Toothless

Rapunzel: Are you okay, Mer?
Merida: ...

Merida: You told me not to freak out. And to avoid that, I'm not saying anything.
Jack: Phew, silence...That's a thing I haven't heard in a while...
Merida: I'm not going to reply to that.
Jack: You just did.
Merida: *about to burst*
Rapunzel: You officially have permission to freak out!
Merida: AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! Why's the world ganging up on me? First Jack, then Rapunzel, then those Wattpad weirdos! Who do they think I am? Some kind of a toy that they can push around? I. Do. Not. Like. Hiccup. AND I NEVER WILL! He's so sensible and irritating and mildly cute on occasion! And as for that dragon - we have our differences, but seriously? Pushing me off his back towards a treacherous and icy sea? Talk about a death! And why's he called Toothless? He has teeth, in case no one's noticed! I wish he'd be that little toothless dragon in the books...
Merida: In fact, I wish Hiccup would be the one from the books - he sounds a lot less annoying. Why do all the best people have to be fictional?
Anna: *poking head around the door* I feel your pain. I spent half of my life wishing Hogwarts was real...
Jack: It isn't?!
Rapunzel: And I spent a good 3/4 of my life wishing Santa was real...
Jack: He is, Punz.
Rapunzel: Wait, what?

*Toothless seems to accept this*
Hiccup: C'mon, bud! Fly!
*Toothless spreads his wings and soars out towards the sunset, consisting of scatterings of apricot orange and maroon on a base layer of pale pink*
Merida: It's beautiful!
Hiccup: I know! We have sunsets like this and better on Berk... But that's not very often...
Merida: I'd like to see that sometime...
Hiccup: I could take you!
Merida: No way! People might think we like each other!
Hiccup: True... But would that be all that bad?
Merida: Yes. Enough said.
Hiccup: You really don't like me, do you?
Merida: No... I mean, it's not that... I just... I like you, as a friend, I just have a funny way of showing it. I don't want anyone. I don't need anyone. I'm not like Elsa, who'll say that while secretly fancying someone. I really don't want any men right now.
Hiccup: Even adorable ones?
Merida: Especially adorable ones.
