a/n: i wasn't sure of you wanted a scenario or headcanons so i just did headcanons! hope this is ok! in case you didn't see my reply to your request, i've also changed your request slightly as i wasn't comfortable/didn't want to upset or offend anyone with your request. hope you understand :)

shinsou totally understands your anxiety - everyone experiences it at least once in their life, and he's certainly no exception.

he's there for you 100% of the way, and is there to soothe you whenever you're feeling particularly anxious about something.

sometimes it can be hard to deal with, especially if he's feeling anxious himself, and he worries that he isn't doing a good job. he's trying his hardest though to ensure that you feel safe and can tackle any problem head on.

he always feels guilty when he can't help you - sometimes, no matter what he does or says, the anxiety is just too bad, and he has to accept that he can't help you. he just wants you to know that he'll always be there for you, and if you ever do need him to do something to help he'll do it in a heartbeat.

he 100% will have done all the research he can possibly do on anxiety in order to ensure you get the help you need and so he can help you get through particularly anxious moments.
