Author's POV:

You were rushing around, packing your stuff in a hurry. Zuko didn't know why.
"Slow down. Please." He tried to get you to stop, but you just shook your head and throw your another T-shirt in your bag.
"I-I can't do this anymore Zuko. I am so tired of it."
"What do you mean?"
" I CAN'T STAND YOUR FATHER! It is just one thing after another... how he threatens us, how he threatens me! How awfully he talks to me... how rude he is. And you do nothing about it. " You gave him one last look before leaving the room.
Zuko stood in the middle of the room, in shock of what just happened. He couldn't believe that he had lost another person he loved because of his father. First, his mother and now...you. He was feeling awful, he didn't know what to do. He fell on his knees and started crying. Soon he heard a slight knock on the door. Zuko thought it was you at first but when he heard Azula's voice talking shit like "finally she noticed that you are a coward."
He became crying again. He was so angry that he shoot a blast of fire in the door.
"Go away!" He yelled and continued to fire everything around him.
"Zuko..." he heard your voice, but ignored it. Until he felt someone shaking him.
He kept hearing the same voice again and again.

Until he woke up. Zuko sat up looking around seeing that the room you both shared was in a horrible state. His part of your shared bed was on fire and a big part of a curtain was on fire too.

He then saw you, quickly putting out the fires.
Zuko quickly stood up and went to help you. He hadn't realized that he was using his bending in his sleep. He didn't think that his nightmare was that bad.

Once the flames were out you let out a sigh looking at him worrying.
"Are you okay? Did you have a nightmare? How do you feel?" You asked him grabbing his hand gently.
"I should be asking you that. You could get hurt because of me." Zuko said, upset with himself. He wouldn't forgive himself, if you got hurt.
"I am fine. I am worrying about you. You look distressed. Wanna talk about your dream? If you want just say, I always here for you." You asked and Zuko just nodded, squeezing your hand in his tightly.

"I am just... you won't leave me right? Especially because of my father and my past."
You raised an eyebrow at him.
"You know I will never leave you. I love you too much to leave. I don't care about you father and especially your past. You are a different person now."
You stand on your tiptoe, stealing a quick kiss from him.
He nods with a smile on his face. "Thank you."
"Yeah. Now we need to find a place to sleep." You two laughed and headed to another room.

A/N As you may already guess I will post the same scenario with other characters. I just decided not to make it in a one part because it would be very long. I mean only that part with just Zuko is already 570 words.
