Once in a lifetime

I woke up to the sound of Jan singing, which wasn't really surprising considering this is how I wake up most mornings. I don't mind though because Jan is an incredible singer.

I sit up and rub my eyes, Jan looks over.

"Good morning!! It's halloween are you excited?!" She says, skipping over to me.

I smile as I remember I'll be spending the evening with Gigi.

"I'm so excited!! We need to go get breakfast in Jinkx's since it's such a special occasion!" I reply.

"Crystal, we go to jinkx's everyday anyway... but you're right LETS GO!"

We both get dressed into casual clothes and practically run to jinkx's. We get breakfast and spend most of the day together, enjoying the mini festival in the green.

Eventually we both go back to our dorm so Jan could get ready for her date with Jackson and I could get ready to see Gigi.

I put on the pennywise costume I'd been making and put on my own drag inspired makeup and fix my hair.

Jan puts on a black and white outfit, I look at her in confusion.

"I'm a soccer ball" she says.

I laugh at her and shake my head, my phone buzzes as I do so. It's a text from Gigi.

"What's your dorm number? I'll come to pick you up at 7"

I quickly reply "building A, dorm 1 on the second floor"

I check the time, it's 6:45. There's a knock at the door. It's Jackson.

He greets me politely and him and Jan leave, I sit waiting for Gigi. I kind of wished Jan had left after me so she could've distracted me from my nerves.

I fidget with my nails and my jewelry and check my hair and makeup about a million times until I hear a knock at the door.

I open it and see Gigi. Her costume is incredible! She has her usual shiny blue and black and grey hair hidden under a short, light brown wig and she's wearing these really stylish clothes.

"Wow I love your costume!" I say in awe, she really nailed the drag king look.

"Thank you! And you Miss Pennywise" she winks at me "are you ready to go?"

I nod and we both make our way out of the building towards the theater where the show will be held, it was starting at 8 so we decided to stop off at the green where most of the college were hanging out.

"Let's play a game!" Gigi says suddenly. "We have an hour to spare!"

I nod and she drags me over to a pumpkin carving station .

"I was going to challenge you to a 'bobbing for apples' competition but I don't want either of our makeup to wash off" she says

I smile at her.

"So what's the challenge?" I ask

"Whoever can do the best carving of the other in...." she thinks for a minute. "Half an hour!"

I smirk at her.

"Challenge accepted, just know I'm going to win." I say with a wink.

"You wish" she laughs.

We both start carving immediately. I don't care how big my crush is. I'm determined to win.

Y'all the next chapters are gonna be so good!! I'm gonna do some more tonight cause I'm bored and I'm in the right mindset!!

Also wtf did yous think of  crygi in the reunion?? I am v v confused 🙃
