The last day to be remember on this year and to welcome another year. The christmas happened so fast and now we're here to celebrate new year.
Hindi ko inaasahan na dito rin pala magce-celebrate ang buong family I thought sa kanya kanyang place muna since hindi pwedeng maiwan ang bahay nang walang tao kapag new year, that's what they said.
This year wasn't bad at all. I met Spade, we bond together and we shared moments together and also we separate. There are a lots of happenings to be cherish from this year and for me everything is memorable and everyone is for keeps.
"New year na move on na" nag-iingay na naman itong si Kuya Khyil.
"Luh moved on na kaya ako" sabi ni Kuya Jayl.
"Luh hindi naman ikaw at kailan ka pa kaya makaka-move on" at d'yan na magsisimula ang asaran nila.
"Ulol ka Khyil. Ikaw nga walang girlfriend" banat ni Kuya Jayl.
"Girlfriends kasi with S" pagyayabang ni Kuya Khyil.
"Magbago ka naman" sabi naman ni Kuya Veinss.
"Naks changed person" halos sabay na sabi ni Kuya Jayl at Khyil sa kanya.
Ang gugulo talaga nila tapos sa usapan sila lang din naman ang nagkakaintindihan. Pare-pareho namang walang ipinapakilala, ako lang yata ang may lakas ng loob sa kanila. Hindi ko alam kung sino ba talaga ang may girlfriend o wala sa kanila.
"Venissa, alam mo na" baling naman sa akin ni Kuya Khyil.
"Tss" si Ate Jennel. "Kahit naman mag-move on 'yan mahal pa rin siya" sabi niya.
"Ay sana all" sabi ni Kuya Jais.
"Maghintay ka lang kasi Jais sasagutin ka rin n'on" sabi ni Kuya Veinss napailing na lang si Kuya Jais.
Nagsipunta na kami sa garden nang tinawag kami nila Mama para maghanda na duon. Ilang oras na lamang ay bagong taon na.
It's really exciting when you're waiting for new year with your family, but I also think that what if Spade is with me that we're waiting together and counting for the seconds to end and greet each other a happy new year.
1 minute to go before new year!. Everyone's busy holding their phones to record us family and went out of the house to watch the sky glowing because of fireworks until the countdown ended.
"Happy New Year!" we jolly greeted each other and give each other a hug.
"Happy New Year!" Ate Jennel and I shouted.
New year gives chill talaga 'no? Even if it's just like another day and there's nothing new parang iba pa rin ang pasok ng araw. No one knows what will happen this year and hopefully this year is a blessed year for everyone.
My phone suddenly rang when I'm about to go inside the house. The caller id said it is Spade so I answered it.
"Hi"
"Happy new year, Venissa"
"Happy new year!"
Nuong isang araw lang ay magkasama lang kami pero kapag naririnig ko ang boses niya ay namimiss ko pa rin siya, mas lalo ko siyang namimiss.
"Greet your family for me" I told him.
"Sure. I already greet your family" aniya, hindi naman na ako nagulat duon.
"Thank you" sabi ko na lang.
"Are you free this morning?"
"I'm not sure. Why?"
