The moment (Y/n) entered the living room, her eyes widened in awe. The space was filled with colorful balloons, streamers, and banners that read "Happy Birthday, (Y/n)!" She had completely forgotten it was her birthday, caught up in everything else. Her heart swelled with surprise and love as she turned to face her friends, who were all grinning from ear to ear.
Before she could say a word, they all surged toward her for a group hug, laughter filling the air.
"Happy birthday, (Y/n)!" they all shouted in unison, their voices full of joy.
Tears welled up in (Y/n)'s eyes as she hugged them all back. "Thank you, everyone!" she said, her voice thick with emotion. A single tear escaped from her eye, tracing a path down her cheek.
As they pulled away from the hug, (Y/n) looked around, her heart racing with affection. That's when her mother stepped forward, holding a beautifully decorated cake.
"(Y/n) darling, happy birthday," her mother said, her warm smile lighting up the room.
"(Mom...)" (Y/n) whispered, unable to hold back her tears.
"(Y/n)-San! Make a wish!" Yachi called out, sitting beside (Y/n) on the couch, plate of cake in hand.
( Y/n) nodded and closed her eyes, pressing her palms together. She thought for a moment, silently making a wish, then opened her eyes, blowing out the candles. The room erupted in cheers.
"Yay!" the boys shouted, clapping and laughing.
"(Y/n)-San, what did you wish for?" Yachi asked eagerly, her eyes bright with curiosity.
"Hmm, it's a secret," (Y/n) teased, smiling as she took a bite of the cake Yachi had handed her.
Yachi giggled and winked. "(Y/n)-San! It's present time now!"
(Y/n) smiled as she nodded, feeling the warmth of her friends' presence. The gift-giving began, with Daichi, Suga, Asahi, and Kiyoko going first, followed by Tanaka and Nishinoya. Finally, Kageyama, Hinata, Yamaguchi, Yachi, and Tsukishima gave their gifts.
"Thank you, everyone! These presents are lovely!" (Y/n) exclaimed, her heart swelling as she gazed at the thoughtful gifts. The room was filled with laughter and chatter, everyone happy to celebrate her special day.
Kuroo, however, had yet to give her a present. His teasing grin caught everyone's attention.
"Kuroo-San! You didn't give her a present yet!" Hinata exclaimed, his voice full of playful accusation.
Kuroo's grin widened. "Me? I did," he said casually, his eyes flicking to (Y/n).
"You did?" The boys looked at him in confusion.
"I proposed to her," Kuroo said with a smirk, as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
The room fell silent, the confusion quickly replaced by disbelief.
"Then, where is the ring?" someone asked, their voice full of curiosity.
Kuroo chuckled. "I will buy it, but for now, I'll give her this."
Before anyone could react, Kuroo walked over to (Y/n), took her face gently in his hands, and kissed her deeply.
The room went silent, eyes wide in shock. Everyone stood frozen, mouths agape, watching as Kuroo and (Y/n) shared a kiss that felt like it lasted forever. When he finally pulled away, he smiled softly at her.
"I love you, (Y/n)," he whispered, his voice full of warmth and tenderness.
(Y/n)'s cheeks flushed deep red, her heart pounding in her chest. The room erupted into cheers once again, the boys hooting and clapping, teasing Kuroo, but all in good humor.
Just then, (Y/n)'s parents entered the room with a person standing behind them. (Y/n)'s heart skipped a beat as she recognized them immediately.
"(Y/n), we have a present for you too," her father said, his voice warm with affection.
Her father stepped aside, and there stood Usui.
(Y/n) gasped, her eyes wide in disbelief. Without thinking, she jumped up from the couch and ran straight into Usui's arms, tears streaming down her face.
"Idiot, idiot, idiot!" she exclaimed, her voice shaky with emotion. "I thought you were never coming back again!" She clung to him, overwhelmed with joy.
Usui chuckled softly, holding her tightly. "I'm sorry, (Y/n). I didn't mean to make you wait so long."
The boys stood behind them, smiling, and even her parents watched the reunion with happiness in their eyes.
"I'm so sorry!" Usui repeated, his voice thick with regret.
(Y/n) pulled away just enough to look at him, her face wet with tears of relief and happiness. "Welcome back, Usui!" she said, her voice cracking with emotion.
The room seemed to glow with joy, everyone celebrating the reunion of (Y/n) and Usui, the bonds of friendship, love, and family stronger than ever. Kuroo looked on with a small smile, proud that he had made the right choice by proposing to (Y/n). Though Usui's return brought its own complexities, it felt like a new chapter was unfolding, one that would shape their futures together.
