Lianna woke up at around 7:00am to get started with her day. She's meeting Gary and she's pretty excited for this trip.
It has really been a while and she really misses him. She is getting ready to leave for Tagaytay when her phone rang. It was one of her staff at the cafe. She answered it hoping nothing serious is going on.

"Hello, Alice?"

"Ma'am, sorry po. Alam ko po naka-leave kayo today pero may mga deliveries po kasi today by lunch time."

"Oo nga. Anong problema? Binilin ko na yan kay Diane kahapon."

"Eh ma'am, tumawag po si Diane, may emergency daw po sa kanila, hindi po makakapasok."

Lianna sighs, "Sige. Papunta na ako. Magready na ng ingredients."

"Thank you po, Ma'am. Ingat po!"

She finished packing a few things needed and left for the cafe. She arrived with a few regular customers already there. She immediately went to work so she can leave as soon as possible.

Carlos is discussing the things needed for the day with Gary when he noticed that his best friend is not listening. Instead, he's staring at his phone and looks like he is waiting for a call or message to come in. Carlos decided to pick up his phone and ring Gary's cell. Gary bolted up but his face changed when he saw the prank.

"Baka kasi pansinin mo na ako kapag tinawagan kita eh."

"Ha?"

"Pare, maaga pa. Alam kong may lakad ka pero sana pinapansin mo naman ako. I need attention, too!", followed with a batting of his eyelashes.

"Gago ka talaga."

"Sino ba kasi hinihintay mo?"

"Wala.."

"Suuuuus! Yung Lianna siguro yan."

Gary looks at him. "Lianna?", why does he know Lianna? Do they know each other? Since when? How? All these questions bothered him.

"Diba hinatid kita kagabi? Eh nag-ring phone mo kaya sinagot ko. Lianna yung tumawag."

"Anong sinabi mo? Nagpakilala ka?"

"Hindi. Sabi ko lang na sinagot ko kasi lasing ka. Ang bait nga eh. Nagpasalamat pa kasi daw ihahatid kita.."

Gary just nodded, "yun lang?"

"Uy, fishing si Mr. CEO. Oo. Yun lang. Bakit ba? Sino ba yung chicks mo na yun?"

"Di ko siya chicks.."

"Girlfriend mo?"

Gary shakes his head about where the conversation is going, "dami mong tanong! Maghanap ka na kasi ng babae para sayo.. you're not getting any younger Caloy!"

"Huy, pareho lang tayo ng edad. Atsaka career over love life!"

"Sus.. di ka pa nakaka-move on siguro. Alam mo, Caloy, wala na si Melissa. So I think it's better na maghanap ka na ng iba. 3 years ka ng single!"

"Hindi naman madali yang gusto mo! Atsaka kailangan ko asikasuhin muna si Mama. Kaya nga ako nagtatrabaho dito sa Manila dahil sa kanila."

"Fine, fine! Basta pare, kapag nakita mo na siya, yung babae para sa'yo, wag mo na pakawalan."

"Aahhhh. Kaya siguro hindi mo pinakawalan si Lianna noh?"

"Ulol"

Carlos laughs at his friend's sensitivity, "Basta pare, ingat ka. Baka mabuntis mo yan. Mahirap na. Alam mo naman ang situation mo.. lalo na sa Papa mo. Mura lang ang condom!"
