Lianna Rodrigo has always dreamed of having the perfect life. She has always wanted the perfect relationship by being with the man of his dreams and have her own family, but what if life throws you a curve ball? What if the man of your dreams can't...
Lianna found herself taking a shower at five in the morning and packing her things so she can head back to Manila. She sat on the bed when everything is done and recalled what happened to her the past twenty-four hours. She couldn't really sleep after what occurred between her and Caloy. She just slumped herself on the bed when she got inside her room, trying to stop her tears from falling, but they didn't. So, she tried to let it all out, until nothing is left.
The conversation she had with Caloy kept replaying in her head and the words that were hurled at each other still hurts her. She didn't expect Caloy to burst like that because she hasn't seen him be mad at her, but she is standing up for what she said, that no matter how angry Caloy is at her for not telling about Gary, he knew what she went through. He knew that they broke up already before she entertained Caloy, so again, he has no right to say those words at her.
"What's your plan now, Lianna?", she mumbles to herself. She kept asking that question to herself since the night Caloy left her at the wedding and until now she doesn't have any answer for herself. All she knows is, she can't stay in La Union. She doesn't want to see Caloy and be reminded again of what happened. All she knows is, she must find a way to pick herself up because clearly, the one person she expected to save her has no plans on doing so.
So, she grabbed her things and quietly stepped out of the room. She is walking out of the resort when one staff greeted her, and she just gave a smile. She traced her way towards her car, which is parked along the side of the road, near Caloy's house. She looked up at the house, everything is still quiet, thinking that everyone is still asleep.
She took a deep breath. "Goodbye, Caloy...", she whispers. She got in her car, checked her phone and saw messages from her friends. She realized that she never updated them since she got to La Union and she knows that they are worried already. So, she replied just so they know she is fine and started driving back to Manila.

Carlos is just staring at the ceiling of his bedroom. Clearly, he didn't get any sleep. The talk with Lia turned into a fight and it was something he regretted the moment her palm landed on his cheek.
"You know why I didn't tell you that it's Gary? Because I don't want to ruin your friendship! I tried to fix everything on my own because of you. Because everything I told you before is true. Because I was preparing my heart for you, Caloy! I told you how I feel and let me remind you that I told you that I was a mess and that you were the one who insisted that you will wait! So again, you have no fucking right to hurt and judge me like this because I fucking trusted you, Caloy. I trusted you with my whole being!"
Her words have been repeating in his head and he despises that she became like that because of him. His emotions took over and he wasn't thinking. He regrets all the words that came out of his stupid mouth and it was too late to take them all back. He hurt her and he doesn't know how to undo that because after all that has been said and done, he still feels the same. The love in his heart for her is still there and now he is scared that he has no more chance with her after what happened.
