Lianna woke up later than usual. She believes that her body really decided to get some rest since a lot happened the past two days. It is already 6:30 in the morning and there is no way she can still bring her car to the café without getting caught because it's going to be rush hour in a few. She took a shower, got dressed, and started to book a car while fixing her makeup. To no avail, she was already done with herself, but she couldn't book anything. "Bakit kasi ang traffic dito sa Pilipinas?", she mumbles. She just decided to go down to the lobby of the building and hopefully, she can just get a taxi.

The guards and receptionist greeted her but did not expect someone to be there, too. "Good morning, Lia!", he greets him. Wearing a blue polo with matching tie, slacks, and leather shoes. He looks good in a formal wear. He flashed a smile that made her smile back.

"Caloy, what are you doing here?", she asks when she got near him.

"Sinusundo ka."

"Ha? I thought dinner?"

"Yeah. Pero naalala ko na coding ka. So hatid na kita sa café.", he simply states.

She wants to be amused with how this guy can come to her help at the right moment. "Anong oras ka nandito? Kanina ka pa naghihintay? Hindi ka ba male-late?"

Caloy chuckles at all her questions, "Uy, concerned ka sa akin ha."

She sighs, "Caloy, hindi mo naman kailangan gawin ito. I can manage."

"Kaso, gusto ko nga. On the way naman kasi." Lia looks at him in disbelief. He must stop treating her this way. She does not want to get used to this. They are just friends.

"Ano? Tara na? Pag di pa tayo umalis, lalo tayong matatraffic."

"Fine! Halika na.", she gives up. Carlos faced the guards and receptionists. "Thanks, boss!", he says and walks out of the lobby.

"Bye po, Sir and Ma'am Lia", she smiled back at them. They went out and realized that his car is just parked by the driveway. He opened the door for her and hopped in.

Carlos had a good rest the night before and woke up early. He really planned on picking her up that morning when she said that Mondays is coding day for her. He just wanted to follow her advice - court his crush. So today is the day that he will start. He will start to make this girl beside him like him back, too. He wants to show Lia that she is special, and he wants to be that guy to make her feel that. He doesn't know that having a crush would lead him to this. Maybe because it has been a while since he was in a relationship. It's been a while since he did something like this, and it makes him feel excited.

"How was your sleep, Lia?", he asks to break the silence.

"It was actually good. Mukhang I needed it talaga kasi late ako nagising today.", she chuckles.

"Buti na lang pala naisipan kitang sunduin. Kundi wala kang masasakyan."

"It's fine, Caloy. Pwede naman ako mag taxi."

"Sus. Mas safe ka sa akin.", he mumbles.

"Ha?"

"Wala. Forget about it."

She giggles. "Ayoko lang kasi maka-hassle. I know you are a busy person. Mamaya ikaw pa ang ma-late sa trabaho mo. Magalit pa sayo ang boss mo."

"Medyo maaga pa naman. Besides, mabait naman si Gary. So walang problema."

He saw her nod and then tinker her phone, probably urgent since she did not let go until they were almost at the café. He parked on the side. "Okay, we're here!", he says and before she got down, she says, "Caloy. Wait lang. Don't leave yet."
