Gary woke up with a headache. He felt that his head is about to explode every time he moves. He tried to remember what happened the night before and recalled the night out he had with his friends, and that they finished around four bottles of whisky just among the three of them. He looked around and realized he is in Lianna's unit. "How did I end up here?", he asks himself but of course the only answer is, "Because you got drunk, Bastard!".

He tried to sit up and lean his head on the headboard, trying not to trigger a more intense headache than he is already experiencing. He closed his eyes and hoping that his headache will go away when he felt someone kiss him. He opened his eyes and saw Lia with a beautiful smile for him.

"Hi, Hon.. masakit ang ulo mo?"

Gary just nodded and felt her lips on his forehead, maybe hoping the kiss will ease the pain away.

"Why don't you take a shower first? Then eat? Para maka-inom ka ng gamot?", she suggests.

Gary looked at Lianna's concerned face. She really is beautiful. He still couldn't say anything towards her.

"I will make you coffee, okay? Ligo ka na.", as she fixes his morning hair. "Sige na, Hon. Baka kailangan ka din sa opisina."

She was about to stand when Gary stops her by holding her hand, "Thanks, Lianna, for taking care of me."

Lianna smiled and gave him another kiss, "Of course, Hon. Anything for you. Sige na."

Gary nodded and let her leave the room. He went inside the bathroom to take out the smell from last night and when he got out, he saw clean clothes, already laid on the bed for him. He was putting on his shoes when he remembered his phone. He looked around and saw that it was by the side table, charging already. He must have emptied the battery last night. He switched it on and saw messages and missed calls from Clara. "Shit.", he says. He is sending her a messaging when his phone rang again.

*Clara calling*

"Hello?", Gary answers.

"Oh my gosh! Gary! Where are you? Are you okay?"

"Yes. Sorry. Na-lowbatt ako.", answering her series of questions.

"Nasaan ka? Pauwi ka na ba?", her tone still sounding worried.

"Nasa condo, dito na ako nagpalipas ng gabi."

"Okay. That's what Caloy said also."

"Caloy?", he asks.

"Sorry, I got worried last night and I had to contact Caloy. He said baka nga sa condo ka umuwi since you got drunk last night."

Gary nodded as if she can see him.

"Pauwi ka na ba?", she asks again.

"Hindi na. May meeting ako ngayong umaga.

"Okay. Masaki tba ang ulo mo? Gusto mo magpadala ako ng gamot?"

"No need. Okay na ako.", he answers just so she won't fuss any longer.

"Sige. Mag-iingat ka. I love you."

"Okay. Thank you.", he just replies.

"See you tonight, Baby."

"Oo. Tonight."

"Oo. Tonight."

Lianna heard the last words Gary said before he hung up. She was going to call him for breakfast when she saw him talking to someone by the window of her room. She doesn't want to make any speculations on who it was and just thought it's someone from the office.
