Valentine's Day. The second day of the concert of Ella. The day wherein they get to sing on-stage with the international superstar.
Bianca and Lianna watched the first night of the concert and both felt the pressure. Ella was trying to calm them down, but it didn't work. They don't know how they will be able to relax because of the thousands of people that are watching.
Lianna talked to Carlos the night before and her boyfriend tried his best to support her even though they are miles away. She doesn't know why she had to put herself in that position, but Caloy reminded her that it's just a ten-minute production number and everything will go back to normal after that. She asked him if they can hold the line 'til she fell asleep, but it was a fail because Caloy was the first one to reach dreamland. She wasn't able to get any sleep and hopes that the make-up artist will do a good job in concealing her eyebags.
The concert is already starting. She can hear the cheers, claps, the music, and Ella. She and Bianca are both inside the dressing room, all glammed up, thanks to Ella's stylists. This is the thickest make-up that she's ever worn and the most people to encounter with, just for a short stint. She checked her phone again, waiting for Caloy's call before she gets on stage, hoping to hear his voice to calm her nerves.
She hears the stage manager call their attention, giving them fifteen minutes to do last minute touch-ups before heading to the backstage.
"Okay. Pumasok na yung kaba!" Bianca says and started pacing back and forth. She started vocalizing and she doesn't know if she should, too.
She checked her phone again, but still no call or messages. She wants to panic as her fingers starts to fidget and her hands starts to get clammy, but she tries to remember all the things that he told her last night.
Isipin mo na lang na nasa audience ako. Isipin mo na yung pinakamalakas na sigaw ay boses ko. You can do it, Mahal.
She took deep breaths until the production assistants started to call them out. Everything happened so fast, both of them are now at the backstage, holding their microphones. They watch and wait for Ella to finish the song before theirs. She felt a tap on her shoulder and saw Gigi, Ella's assistant, who was holding her phone for her. Caloy's name is flashing on screen and she immediately picked it up.
"Babe?", she answers discreetly but she couldn't hear him well as the orchestra is too loud. "Hello? I'm about to go on stage, Caloy. I can't hear you!" she waits for him to say something back, but she couldn't. She wants to walk away but the stage manager is giving the cue already for the next segment which is theirs.
"Caloy? I will call you later, okay?" she waits for another reply until she heard the words, "I love you, Love!" and that alone gave her the confidence to go on stage. She smiled as she hangs up and gave her phone back to Gigi.
"This next number that I am about to do is extra special for me. I was able to convince two people to join me on stage and these two, next to my husband, are the best things that happened to me. They are the ones who deeply know the true me and they are the ones that would always keep my feet on the ground." Lia's heart is starting to beat so fast as they hear Ella say her introduction. She felt Bianca's hand on hers and they hold each other's cold hands.
