Lia pulled away from their hug and noticed that he isn't dressed for the wedding yet. That's when she remembered that everyone has been looking for Caloy for hours.
"Hindi ka pa bihis!", she tells him.
"Mabilis lang naman magbihis. I just had to see you.", he says and smiled.
She doesn't know if it's right to feel kilig with what he said because they are all in a tight schedule, but her heart is happy to see him, "Sa loob ka na ng room namin. Baka marami na rin tao sa kwarto ni Anton... baka hindi ka na makagalaw doon."
She pulled him inside the room and helped him with the hangers that he is holding. She helped him by taking out the polo and coat off its plastics and laid it on the bed. She saw Caloy face the mirror and checked his hair, got some toiletries in his bag and went inside the bathroom to maybe brush his teeth. After a while, he got out and the scent of his perfume invaded the room. She picked up his polo and gave it to him.
"Thanks, Lia. Baka kailangan ka na ni Ella?", he says while putting on his polo.
"No naman... I'm done na kanina. Family time na sila doon.", she says while sitting down and watching him fix himself.
"Sure? Baka lang nakaka-istorbo ako.."
"Yes, Caloy. Everything is good. Come here.. I will help you.", she says. He went near her and she helped him with his collar and polo when the door opened and saw Bianca enter their room. "You're back!", she says at the sight of Bianca.
"Nakalimutan ko yung phone ko!", and maybe shocked to see another person inside their room. "Aba! Mr. Best Man, glad you can join us!"
Caloy chuckled, "Hi, Bianca!", he greeted her.
"Buti naman at nakarating ka na, Caloy. Kanina pa aligaga 'yang fake jowa mo!", says Bianca. Lia rolled her eyes on Bianca's teasing. She is now helping him with his sleeve buttons while the two talk.
"Sorry! Na traffic na rin ako tapos natagalan sa valet kanina.", Caloy explains.
Bianca nodded while taking a photo of them, as what Lia assumes, "Bilisan niyo na rin diyan. Wag na kayo maglandian. Maglandian kapag kayo na, ha?"
Caloy chuckles, "Hindi po, Ma'am."
"Okay! Una na ako! See you later!", says Bianca and dashed out of the room again. They are now left inside the room.
"Wear your coat na tapos habol ka doon sa room ni Anton, ha?", as she hands him the coat.
"Opo. Sabay na lang tayo pupunta sa church?", he said and wore his coat.
She stood up and helped him fix it, "You'll drive pa? Ayaw mo sa van na lang?"
"I was just thinking that I can have a few minutes with you before the wedding."
Lia pouted but felt her heart skip a beat at what he just said, "Sorry, Caloy. The coordinator messaged me that I need to be with Ella sa bridal car."
Caloy sighs, "Okay. Fine. After this wedding, I will really take you out on a date."
Lia smiles, "Sure, Mr. Concepcion. Best friend duties muna tayo ngayon, ha? Sige na, go and be with Anton. I will just see you at the church." Caloy nodded and pulled her for another hug before he went to Anton's room.
