*George's POV*

I ran out of the house just in time to see Margaret disappear through the narrow gap in fire. Almost immediately as she crossed the line, the wall closed.

"Where's Margaret going?" I shouted above the roar of the flames.

"She's chasing after Ginny whose chasing after Harry whose chasing after Bellatrix Lestrange." Fuck. I had to go get her. I joined everyone in using our wands to bring water to try to put out the fire. It wasn't working very well.

We saw two figures emerge from the grass. GInny and Harry.

"Where's Margaret?" I shouted.

"She's still back there. She's fighting Bellatrix in order to give us an opportunity to escape." Ginny said.

Oh no. If she lost and Bellatrix took her back... I can't even imagine the horrors waiting for her. I decided I needed to get to her. I ran straight through the fire. I felt myself burn and I could tell my jumper was on fire. But I needed to get to Margaret.

I started seeing bright flashes of light that I knew indicated spells. I breathed a sight of relief-she was still here and she was still alive.

"MARGARET!" I yelled, running faster than I ever have. I got to her just in time. I saw Bellatrix start to walk over to her. I shot a stunning spell. I missed, but it scared Bellatrix off. She did apparated to who knows where. I ran over to Margaret, who was lying unconscious. In a pool of her own blood.

Tears welled up in my eyes as I peeled my jumper off of her. It was sticking to all the cuts in her skin. I always carried a bottle of her potion around with me since last year when she arrived at the burrow on death's door. I started applying it practically all over her body. It worked. The bleeding was slowing down. I used the water summoning spell to wash away the remaining blood.

"It'll be okay, Margaret. Please. I can't lose you again." I whispered to her as tears streamed down my cheek. I picked her up bridal style after I stopped most of the bleeding in order to bring her back to the Burrow.

At this moment, I became hyper aware of a small black box in my pocket. I had just gotten it from my mum this morning. I wasn't going to propose to her today, but I wanted to soon. I loved her. My mom cried tears of joy when she heard that I wanted to marry Margaret. I could barely force her to be quiet to make sure she didn't let everyone know my plan. Right now, it was only her, Fred, and Tonks. I asked Tonks if she thought it was a good idea because of how close she and Margaret are.

---

She's been unconscious for four hours. Everyone from the Burrow was at St. Mungo's for two reason. One-we all cared deeply for Margaret. She was a shining light a lot of the time. She could turn flaws into great things, like my horrible dancing. She saw the worst in a situation and could make it into something great. Or she would joke about it so much that you just laughed. And two-the Burrow was set on fire, so there's not really anyplace to stay.

I suggested people go stay at our flat, but everyone wanted to come here. Even Bill and Fleur who had their own house. Tonks and Remus had left due to Remus and his werewolf thing. Tonks didn't want to go, but we assured her that Margaret would've wanted her to.

Harry was with Ron in the corner. He was upset because twice now his impulsiveness has ended up with Margaret in the hospital. Ron wsa trying to comfort him, but we were all thinking that Harry wasn't wrong. Bill and Fleur were talking quietly in the corner. My mum and dad were sitting on the other side of the bed, worry spread across their faces. Fred was sitting next to me. I was holding her hand and stroking her hair which she had dyed pink with Tonks.

It only took another hour for her to wake up. A vast improvement from the 1.5 weeks last time.

"Am I at St. Mungo's?" She asked.

"Yes, you were attacked by Bellatrix." I said. I didn't know how much she remembered.

"Bloody Hell. I almost spend more time here as a patient than I do as an actual healer." We all laughed at her. Last time, none of us knew if we should. But we realized humor is how she deals with things.

"I'm so glad you're okay, Margaret. I've had enough of finding you half dead for a lifetime. I mean twice in one year is quite a feat."

"You got that right" A healer in the ugly lime green uniform walked in. "If it isn't my favorite patient."

"Brian! What's up?"

"I'm just here to make sure you're emotionally stable after yet another near death encounter. Tell me, why does this keep happening to you?" I felt a bit of jealousy towards Brian. She had opened up to me completely when she first came back from St. Mungo's. Sitting right across from me is the only person that knows everything that happened to her. And he's not bad looking either.

"Ask him." Margaret pointed to Harry. "He's the reason I keep ending up like this." She laughed at the end to show everyone that it was a joke. Of course, there was some truth behind it. I knew she forgave him for last time. But she didn't forget.

She was kept overnight, but allowed to leave the next day.
