I'll Kill Him

Tonks would come occasionally visit me. She had a hard time getting away from any death eaters. But one day she came in sobbing.

"Tonks! What happened to you?" I said once I saw the tears streaming down her face.

"He left me!" Tonks stated as she sat down on the couch.

I pulled her into a hug as I asked "Who left you?"

"Remus. He hasn't been back for two days after we had this huge fight"

"If you don't mind me asking, what was the fight about?"

"Well, I'm pregnant." She said.

"WHAT! TONKS THAT'S AMAZING! YOU'RE GOING TO BE A MOM!" I screamed. This is the most exciting news I've gotten in weeks.

"That was my reaction. Remus doesn't feel the same way. He thinks this kid will be some sort of half-werewolf outcast. He says he shouldn't have married me because he just made everything worse." She sobbed. I pulled her closer to me.

"Tonks, don't listen to him. He doesn't know what he's talking about. Your child won't be half-werewolf because that's not how genetics work. Besides, anyone with your DNA is bound to be one of the coolest people to ever exist. If he doesn't think that, then he's stupid. But I bet he'll come back. And when he does, I reserve the right to slap some sense into him. Possibly break his nose. He can't stay away for too long because despite his protests it's obvious he loves you. I bet he's just scared to be taking such a big step in the relationship. But if the worst case scenario does happen, I will raise this kid with you. Which would make it literally the best child on the planet 'cause we are the ultimate power couple." 

"Damn right we are. Now distract me. Do you know when you want your wedding to be?"

"No. But I want us to at least be 20 by the time we get married. So probably sometime next year."

"Oh I can't wait. That'll be so exciting for you two. I better be your maid of honor or at least a bridesmaid." Tonks said.

"Oh, you will be. Don't worry about that. Back to Remus, do you want to stay here tonight? I'm sure Bill and Fleur won't mind."

"No, I should probably get back in case Remus comes back. I don't even know what I'll say to him."

"Don't say anything. Just slap him." I said. I meant it too.

" We'll see." Tonks said as she made her way to the door.

"If you don't I will!" Even if she did, I was still planning to.

"I have no doubt." With that she went away, leaving me all alone again. I began planning the best way to kill Remus Lupin to distract myself. It wasn't going well because I was still so happy for Tonks. Murder and happiness don't often coincide. So instead I started to think about how I am going to be the cool aunt who lets them do whatever they want. But then I realized Tonks will 100% be the cool mom, which will make the cool aunt less fun. So, I decided this child will have free reign of Weasley's Wizard Wheezes. That'll make them love me.
