I can't wait for tonight's concert! My best friends are going to be there and it's one of the last ones of the tour. Alfredo is going to be there with Ryan and Chaz, my mom is coming and of course Scooter, my manager is going to be there. My phone started ringing and I checked who it was.
"Yo Scooter what's up?" I asked casually.
"Justin, get in my office ASAP! I have to talk to about some important tour details." Scooter said.
"Okay be there in a sec Scoot!" I said.
I got to Scooter's relatively quickly since he lives just a few houses down from me in my Atlanta house. I walked into to his office thinking what could be so important that I was needed ASAP.
"Justin, I have the best news for you! A movie producer just called and he thinks he might be interested in having you for one of his movies. Guess who?" Scooter said excitedly.
"No way!" I practically screamed. "Is it The Marcus Evans?!?!" I shrieked. He was the only one of the most famous producers who could turn almost anyone into a star! Scooter and I have been waiting for this since FOREVER.
"Yup! And we even got an interview set up for you so that you can meet him and he can decide on this whole movie deal. But, there is a catch." Said Scooter.
"Well it can't be anything I can't handle!" I said happily thinking of my interview.
"Well it's just that recently the 'paps' have been getting a lot more obnoxious as your fame has been growing. The thing is that Marcus doesn't want any bad publicity for his stars so he's asked us to keep you out of the news for a while. We all know that everything they say is usually a lie and they take advantage of you." Scooter said sighing and shaking his head.
"So what are you saying, Scooter?" I asked confused.
"Well, for the rest of the tour or until we get an okay from Evans we have to be a lot stricter about what you're doing before and after the shows. No more skateboarding on the streets or going out late and partying with friends or whatever it is you do." He said waiting for my reaction.
"Seriously Scooter? I barely even get to go outside anymore!" I said with a sad expression on my face.
"I know JB, but it's just for a few days. No secret concerts for friends or going out late. Kenny knows all of this so don't try any funny business." He said. This sucks! I mean I love all of my fans and the fame but I wish I had some privacy and time to be a normal 17 year old guy.
