Teagan sat on her bed crying for what seemed like for hours, but it was only for five minutes. She checked the time and saw that it was time to go meet with her friends, but she was already feeling so internally drained.
I guess that's what crying can do to you, she thought. She didn't think that James would react like that and she didn't know that it would hurt that much, but I guess anything is possible.

"Hey, T, where were you?" Evie questioned when Teagan showed up a few minutes late. Evie noticed Teagan's swollen eyes and immediately hugged her, "What happened?"
"I don't want to talk about it." Teagan responded as she sat next to Evie at the picnic table. She saw Ben walking over to the table, but James wasn't there with him. She wondered how he was doing.
"Hey, guys. How is everyone? Yeah? Hey, listen. Forget about it. All right? It was nothing. Forget about it. Let it go. Tomorrow, after the coronation, I promise everything will be okay." Ben stated, rubbing Mal's shoulders in the process. When no one answered him, he continued by saying, "I have to go. I'll see you guys later."
After a second, Doug came towards the table to talk to Evie, "Listen, Evie, I wanna talk about earlier today. I just-"
He was cut off by Chad screaming, "Doug!"
Evie responded with saying, "It's my fault, Doug. I'm sorry."
Teagan could hear the hurt in Evie's voice and that made her: angrier? Sadder? She really didn't know. Her emotions were all over the place.
"No, It's mine." Doug continued.
"Doug!" Chad yelled, this time standing up to get his attention.
Evie whispered, "Doug..."
"Sorry, I can't." Doug left the table and walked over to where Chad was sitting. Teagan noticed that James had joined that table, and that made her angrier. Why would James sit at that table?
Audrey, Sierra, and Jane all walked towards the VK's table and laughed.
"How long does she think that's gonna last? Mal is just the bad girl infatuation." Audrey laughed.
"Yeah. I mean, he's never gonna make a villain a queen." Jane joined in the laughter.
"You already know my opinion with that subject." Sierra smiled.
"Beware, forswear, undo Jane's hair." Mal stated, she moved her hand to the side, up and down. She made Jane's hair go back to its regular length which made Audrey laugh.
Teagan was tired of all of this and stood up, and used her magic to lift the picnic table everyone was sitting at, and then throw it back down. Leaving everyone there screaming.
She high-fived Mal and everyone stood up from the table.
"There's a lot more where that came from." Mal said.
"Excuse me, who do you think you are?" Audrey responded.
"Does it look like we're kidding?" Teagan questioned. She opened her hand, making a fireball, and Mal started going through her spell book.
Everyone screamed and started running away; All except James. He stood there staring at Teagan.
She quickly took her eyes off of him and went back to listening to Mal.
"I'm really looking forward to tomorrow. Let's grab that wand and blow this Popsicle stand." Mal closed the spell book and started walking away, everyone following after her.
