"What can I help you with?" Rumpelstiltskin questioned his daughter, obviously concerned about what was going on.
"Ben has been kidnapped by Uma and her crew on the Isle, and I need potions to distract them." Teagan blurted out. "Oh, and I may have pulled a you and cut off Harry Hook's hand..."
"I'll give you some potions but did you really cut off his hand?" He asked, to which Teagan responded with a head nod, and he smiled, "I have never been more proud of you."
"Really?" She questioned. "I would think that you would be concerned about them sending me back to the Isle."
"Why would that do that?"
"Because cutting off someone's hand isn't exactly nice." Teagan replied. "You and I have worked our ass off to try and prove that we can change, and I just completely ruined my chance of staying in Auradon."
"This is why mind erasing is a thing." Rumple stated. "Look, Teag, you deserve to be here more than anyone," he paused, "You wouldn't be human if you didn't mess up occasionally."
"But does everyone mess up by cutting off someone's hand?"
"No...." He responded. "That's what makes you so special, Teag."
"Well, the one person I want to tell me that hasn't yet, and he seemed pretty scared when he realized that I still do those things."
"Last time I checked Jay has expressed his feelings towards you with me." Rumpelstiltskin said but instantly regretted telling Teagan. "Welp... I wasn't supposed to tell you that. We'll just blame Belle on telling you."
"He talked about me with you? Why in the world would he do that?"
"Because he's scared of talking to you about it. No offense, Teag, but you can be intimidating to us men."
"Just to men? I thought I was intimidating to most people in Auradon." Teagan replied. "People have run the other way when seeing me.. Or it could be the resting bitch face that scares people."
"You have kept yourself guarded from being rejected that you have stopped yourself from being happy, and I want you to be happy with whomever you want. If that means being with James or Jay... Just trust someone with your heart."
"This is weird to talk to you about, but... " She took a deep breath, "I'm not sure if I can even trust James with my heart anymore considering how many times he's broken it, but with Jay... I don't know how to explain how he makes me feel, but it's always been easier with him, and I don't have to try so hard, you know?"
"It seems like your heart has already chosen someone." Rumple commented. "If you just naturally feel safe with a person and you trust them with your heart, you need to follow that. And I know that you're scared that your relationship will become toxic, but you've already gone through so much, and I don't think you will allow yourself to go through that again."
"You're weirdly good at this." She smiled. She looked down at her watch and saw that it was already one o'clock. "Let's continue this conversation downstairs in your 'vault'."

"So what kind of distractions will you need?" Rumple asked while going through his potions in his cabinets.
"Well, Mal and Evie are making colorful bomb type things, so maybe like fireworks or even blind spells."
"You want to blind them?" Rumple questioned.
"So we can get away with Ben." Teagan replied. "Plus it's not like the blindness will last very long. It lasts for at least a few seconds."
"Alright." He smiled as he rummaged through his things to grab three little black bags. He gave them to Teagan and said, "Just throw a few handfuls at them, but not too much or-"
