"No... He told me that he's breaking up Sierra to get back together with you." Emma stated to Teagan. "I don't know why in the world he would ever-"
"Do you think that he's jealous of me and Jay?" Teagan questioned. "We've been on a few 'double dates', and he's seen Jay put his arm around me... He seriously thinks that I would ever consider getting back together with him? He broke me."
"I know." Emma responded. "I was there during coronation and I saw how he was treating you. You deserve so much better than him," she paused, "I have also noticed how Jay looks at you...."
"I can't get past what happened on the Isle."

"Jay! Come on! I'm sorry!" Teagan screamed as she was banging her fist at the door. Last night she forgot their date and she ended up hanging out with Carlos, which didn't make Jay too happy. "You know how forgetful I am!"
She stepped back when she heard Jay opening the door. He stood there in front of her angry, which made her want to laugh, but she knew that would make the situation worse.
"Did you ever consider how you hanging out with Carlos would make me feel? I'm your boyfriend for christ sakes!"
"But do you realize how many times you've forgotten about our dates! Then I see that you were with other girls, and I didn't take it to the intensity that you did!"
"See, this is what we do, Teagan! We say crap and we do crap that we don't even mean! I mean I didn't sleep with that girl... I just said that to make you feel bad about being with Carlos."
"Do you realize how fucked up that is?" Teagan questioned. "We just continue to hurt each other," she pulled up her sleeve to reveal a huge bruise on her arm, "This is from Harry. I can't be with someone who makes me feel like that. You remember how mentally scarring that whole relationship was."
"But at least Evie stopped him before anything truly scarring happened."
"Fuck you, Jay." Teagan responded as she stomped away, crying. How could Jay even say that to her? She's still getting over everything that happened with Harry.. She could still feel his hands on her- she shivered with the thought of that.

Teagan arrived back home, and her "father" greeted her with a hug. Weirdly enough, Shan Yu was a great father, but he just wasn't hers.
"So, did you and Jay break up again? What number is that now? Three? Four? I don't know, man. I'm starting to lose count." Shan Yu laughed at himself, but he noticed that Teagan wasn't, and hugged her once more, and guided her towards their ripped up couch. "What happened now? Was it something I said?"
"No." Teagan responded. "Jay just said something that made me upset and I don't know how to handle the situation now. I mean this has been going on for a year now. Why can't we have a normal relationship?"
"It's because you two are, say it with me, TOXIC." Shan Yu stated to his fake daughter. "You seriously can't continue being in this relationship if he hurts you this much. Emotionally I mean."
"I guess it would make sense to break up with him... But what do I do with the whole 'I love him' situation? How can I just turn those feelings off?"
"You can't." Shan Yu responded. "Look, Teagan, you're extremely vulnerable right now, and with everything that happened with Harry... You can't mentally be in a relationship."
