Third Person POV
Everything was happening in slow motion as the cops took Colton and the ambulance came.
Addison's body laid on the floor as Dylan was holding her, screaming and crying as cops were trying to pry her away but she wouldn't release her.
Dylan held onto her tightly, crying as hard as she could until she was forced away from her. She watched as the EMS came and took her and all she could do was cry.
The cops talked with Dylan about the situation and all she could do was cry, not listening to anything they were saying as all she could do was think about Addy.
After the cops were gone, telling Dylan that she could ride to the hospital with them, she called Charlotte to let her know what was going on. She knew that she was working, so she'll hear what happened as soon as they get there.
Charlotte completely lost it on the other end of the phone and it made Dylan cry even more. She explained the situation and told her that they were going to the hospital.
She also called Ashton and told him what was going on in case he tried bringing Tanner to her house.
Dylan rode with the cop on the way to the hospital as they were following the ambulance.
He kept telling her the situation with Colton and everything. Dylan was happy that Colton was being transferred to the state prison, knowing that whatever charges he face; he'll stay there the rest of his life.
On the way there, she was praying that Addy was ok. She cried the whole way there, thinking of the worse scenario possible as she stared out the window and waiting for them to get to the hospital.
All Dylan could do was cuss herself for not listening to Addy. She should of never let Colton in her house or even invited him over when Addy knew that he was up to something.
If Addy dies, it's going to be her fault and she kept thinking about that on the way to the hospital.
Her nerves were shot all the way to the hospital and she couldn't focus on anything else. She was watching the trees and houses go by as she was waiting for them to pull up at the hospital.
With her heart beating our of chest, she kept crying and praying that Addy was ok.
When they finally arrived at the hospital, Dylan was the first one out and the cop told her that he would escort her inside.
She followed him as the ambulance had already brought Addy and all she could think about was what was happening and where she was.
After they entered the hospital, went to the front desk and asked them for information, they were told to sit in the waiting room for right now and when they hear something, they'd let them know.
The cop escorted Dylan to a waiting room then sat with her, talking to her and trying to calm her down.
But nothing was calming her down.
Thoughts were running through her head and she broke down crying again.
After a few minutes, Charlotte came in and rushed to Dylan before pulling her into a hug. They both cried frantically and thinking the possible worse as all they could do was wait until they heard something.
Charlotte left the room, going to ask about her daughter and wanting access to her. She left Dylan in the waiting room and she sat there staring at the floor with so many thoughts running through her head.
She stood up and walked to the window, looking outside and at all the cars going by. She folded her arms on the window sill before sighing, letting a few tears all from her face.
