Zelda: Hey girls...

Urbosa: Sav'saaba Princess... Mipha

Mipha: Hi...

Zelda: I'm assuming you two have also heard about it?

Mipha: Yeah...

Urbosa: Just had a messenger tell me the news a few minutes ago

Zelda: Oh... well, at least we know. I guess there was nothing else to do but come on here

Urbosa: You think we should try to comfort him? Perhaps it'll help him feel better?

Zelda: I don't know. He's really....

Mipha: It's true, he hasn't responded to any of my texts all week

Urbosa: That's really sending a message. Same results with you Zelda?

Zelda: Not even that much. He won't even look me in the face.

Urbosa: Hmm.... that does sound... awful..

Mipha: This isn't like Link, he was really open about his problems before. Well, most of them...

Urbosa: The boy has gone through far worse, but I think the present circumstances really took their toll

Zelda: I really tried to convince my father otherwise, but there wasn't much choice he had either

Mipha: What happened anyway? I only heard the main part of the story...

Urbosa: Yeah, I think it's safe to tell us. None of the guys are hanging around, ready to pounce on us

Mipha: Especially you know who ^^

Urbosa: My point exactly

Zelda: Well... okay. I don't the reason, but Link's father died last week while Link was out on patrol. He didn't find out until the next day and... took it... pretty hard.

Urbosa: Anyone would, especially him

Mipha: ......

Zelda: Saria was out at Kakariko Village, so it took an entire day to bring her back. She too, took it hard.. but not as bad as Link, not even close.

Mipha: She sounds like a tough little girl...

Zelda: Saria really is a marvel... we arranged for the funeral and everything else, and on the same day... the Yiga had managed to infiltrate the Castle and stole the plans to defeating Gannon.

Urbosa: What?! They did what?!

Zelda: They sent two scouts disguised as high ranking guards. It was too easy for them

Mipha: Did anyone get hurt?

Zelda: A few of our guards were found dead... with the plans gone

Urbosa: Why didn't you get ahold of me? I could've taken care of them in an instant!

Zelda: I left my Shiekah Slate back in my room, and everyone started panicking. Link happened to be with us so father ordered him to track the Yiga scouts.

Mipha: On the day of his father's funeral?!

Zelda: Yeah... I tried to tell him to choose someone else but...

Urbosa: Unbelievable...

Zelda: We needed someone with experience who could track those scouts before they reached their hideout
