Third Person POV
Mizuki stepped out of the bus, looking at the entrance of Shiratorizawa. Her heart is dropping on her stomach. It's been months since she last stepped in here.
She doesn't like the unsettling feeling of her past creeping up right before her eyes.
But she's changed, she's much stronger now. She's not gonna be scared this time, she's gonna fight.
She wanted to convince herself that she was confident. So she wore high heel boots again, some pants, cream fit turtleneck, gray plaid coat and a scarf.
With the addition of her baret and glasses.
Shiratorizawa couldn't have changed too much right? Mizuki knows what to expect now. She grabbed her phone and quickly fixed her beige baret that was given by Kenma.
I'm getting anxious, but there's no turning back now. She thought.
She started walking, each step feeling like she's been brought back to her junior high days. She looked down at her shaking hands, but she stopped when she saw the ring.
...
She smiled and confidently started walking. She knows she has nothing to worry about. This time, she'll be better.
She looked around and saw some familiar faces. She recognize some students in here. Some of them looked at her.
"Isn't that Honami Mizuki?"
"That's her?! She looks hot though."
"Isn't that the witch from last year?"
"I heard she can put curses and hexes, creepy."
"She looks so gorgeous, I just realized how beautiful she is!"
She heard some voices. She chuckled and just held the strap of her bag. Shiratorizawa didn't change at all, it's still the same. She doesn't really expect something to change after 4 months.
She remembered...
She used to hide and run all the time.
Just going to the gym is difficult because she could easily be spotted.
Now, she's walking straight and confident, not a trace of fear in her eyes.
She knows exactly what gymnasium they're practicing on so she headed there. She entered the building, walked along the hallway.
It was getting warmer now, so she removed her coat and scarf, hanging it on her forearm.
She spotted the vending machine that they always buy from every time she needs strawberry milk to energise herself. She remembered that one time they were running from bullies.
FLASHBACK
"I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY STILL CAUGHT UP TO YOU!", Semi shouted in frustration.
"This is getting worse, we should report this.", Shirabu added, panting.
Mizuki fell on the floor, also panting. Then she started laughing.
"Crazy.", Kawanishi just muttered.
"Oh come on, Taichi, loosen up.", Mizuki smiled.
"You sound like Tendou-san.", Kawanishi replied.
"I'm fine, at least I only got my knees scratched, it could've been worse.", Mizuki said, leaning on the vending machine, looking at her scratched knees.
"Nothing's funny, you almost got beat up again. Luckily Shirabu found you.", Semi replied.
"Yeah, he didn't know what to do so he just pulled me and ran.", Mizuki laughed.
