I walked up the steps to his front door and knocked excitedly. A few seconds passed before the door opened and I was faced with Jimmy's bright smile.

"Ava!" Jimmy cheered, immediately wrapping me tightly in a hug.

"Jimmy!" I giggled as my arms flew around his neck in our embrace.

"Ugh I've missed you so much," Jimmy mumbled against my shoulder.

"I've missed you too," I mumbled back.

We pulled back after a little bit, both of our faces growing tired from smiling so wide.

"Look at you," Jimmy smiled taking a step back to admire how different I must look to him, "and look at your hair!"

"Are you kidding, look at you!" I giggled, "are you like nine feet tall now?"

"Not quite," Jimmy laughed, "come on, I'll show you around my place and then we can go to the warehouse so I can introduce you to everyone in person finally."

I had met most of the people on Jimmy's team through FaceTime over the years, and I knew Chris and Chandler from school, but I was excited to finally see everyone in person. Jimmy led me inside and took me on a small tour of his house, ending with the room that I'll be staying in while I'm here.

"So small hitch in the plan," Jimmy sighed as we walked back downstairs towards his living room.

"Okay," I nearly questioned worriedly.

"We have to film tonight. I managed to make sure we had everything pre-filmed for this week except for tomorrow, but we have to film tonight too," Jimmy apologized.

"That's okay," I sighed in relief, "I don't mind at all, and I think it'll be fun to watch you film."

"Well, we're working on a series. I bought an island and whoever is the last one standing gets to keep the island," Jimmy explained, making my eyes go wide, "so tonight we're going to the island to explore it a little and we're camping there and then tomorrow afternoon we'll go back to the island to film the competition."

"Okay," I nodded, "I won't be on camera by going with you, will I?"

"Not unless you want to be," Jimmy smiled, "but you should go grab a bathing suit and whatever you'll need for the night so you don't have to sleep in jeans if you don't want to."

I nodded and went back up to my room, quickly packing a backpack with the essentials. I changed into my bikini and put some jean shorts and my crop top back on over it. I left my leather jacket and grabbed a frosted beast hoodie instead, considering it was a better option for in case I got cold than a leather jacket.

"I'm ready," I smiled as I walked back downstairs.

Jimmy slung his arm around my shoulders and together we walked out of his house. Jimmy drove us to the warehouse and I had to admit, I was nervous. What if his friends didn't like me enough to want to actually hang around me?

We walked into the warehouse just as we had walked out of Jimmy's house, with his arm around my shoulders and wide smiles on our faces.

"Guys! We're here!" Jimmy called into the seemingly empty warehouse.

"Avalon!" Chris yelled as soon as he saw me, running up and wrapping his arms tightly around my waist, picking me up slightly.

"Hey Chris," I giggled, "I've missed you."

"I've missed you too," Chris finally put me down and stepped back to look at me, "damn, you are definitely not sixteen anymore."

"How's Katie?" I asked with a giggle, changing the subject.
