That's Ava's dress, but imagine it's black.

"Okay, look at me," Katie smiled.

I turned back to look at Katie and she seemed satisfied.

"Alright, your makeup and your hair look perfect, ready to get dressed?" Katie asked.

I nodded as I stood up and grabbed the dress from my closet. I was kind of intimidated by the dress, considering how much Katie and Maddy were hyping it up. I've tried the dress on, and I know how it looks on me, but they way they talk about it was like it's freaking magic. Plus I've never seen it while I was all done up.

Katie and Maddy were both already ready to go out tonight, but they insisted on helping me get ready. Maddy had curled my hair and Katie did my makeup. They did a great job, I mean I look amazing. Not like myself, but I look great.

I changed into the dress. It was black and was pretty much nothing but glorified straps. It fit like a halter around my neck and sat around my bust like tube top. The material broke up into more crossing straps around my waist and tied finally around my waist. The material stopped at my mid thigh and it was definitely something else.

"You're so hot," Maddy shook her head when I turned around to face them.

"Shut up," I rolled my eyes.

"No seriously," Katie laughed, "you're a bombshell. Now let's go show the guys."

I took in a shaky breath as I buckled up my heels. I don't want to 'show' the guys, I don't want it to be a thing. They've been doing nothing but paying attention to me all day. I don't like being the center of attention, it makes me even more anxious than normal.

"Woah," Chandler mumbled when we walked downstairs.

"I told you it was a good dress," Maddy giggled to me, "Chris isn't even looking at his gorgeous wife, he's looking at you."

"The only person I want looking at me is Karl, and he's not even here anymore," I pointed out quietly to Maddy.

"Where's Karl?" Katie asked, it seeming like a more normal question coming from her.

"He said he was going to meet us there," Jimmy explained, "you guys look amazing."

I bit my lip, feeling extremely uncomfortable with them all doing nothing but staring.

"Okay, this is more uncomfortable for me than the stupid photoshoot was so can someone say something or stop staring at me please?" I asked.

"You look amazing," Chris smiled at me, "okay, boys, are we ready to go?"

Thank god for Chris. We all walked out of Jimmy's house together, climbing into a black SUV that was waiting for us outside. I sat in the backseat of the SUV between Chandler and Chris. I was nervous, what if this doesn't go my way? What if I make a complete fool of myself?

Chris reached over and rested his hand on my wrist, trying to calm my nerves. I appreciated the gesture even though it didn't do a lot for my anxiety.

My hand was stamped and I was let into the club with everyone else. It was kind of a rush, the feeling of getting in with my legitimate ID for the first time ever. I followed Jimmy and the guys back towards a table and took a seat. I was like a kid in a candy shop, seeing the inside of a club for the first time. This is going to be a great time. I am going to make my move tonight, putting me completely out of my element, but it was what I wanted. And I'm finally going to go for it.

"Before anyone leaves to dance or whatever, we're all doing a birthday shot, Ava what would you like?" Jimmy asked.

"Um tequila," I smiled.
