Hired Day 19- Welcome to High Society! Mrs Griffiths.
Heaven POV
"Sir Heaven maam Helena called and said kelangan niyo na daw po na pumunta sa hotel ngayon, for tonights event" Alfie informed me after I returned from the board meeting.
"Did mom said why she needs me to be in Scentedheaven this early?" the event is at 8pm and its just 3o'clock now.
"She said you guys have to do the final check sa venue. And also want to rely the message...na pinag day off daw po muna niya si Mr William kaya kelangan niyo na po daw umalis ngayon" oh mom..just to make sure na hindi ako magoovertime tonight she purposely give Mr William a day off, her driver. Tsk. Shakes head.
"Ok, thank you Alfie..and by the way please inform Savannah to meet me at the hotel lounge now ok."
"Yes sir."
After I made all the necessary works I have to finished before leaving, bumaba na ako to meet Savannah. And I thought they just finished their class, pero bakit nakapag jogging na siya at hindi pa nagbihis. Really this woman.
"Hi Heaven.."
"Why havent you change yet? We're meeting mom"
"Eh Heaven, kakarating ko lang po kasi...aakyat nga muna sana ako para magpalit kaso andito kana. Pero dont worry, aircon naman yung lecture room namin kaya hindi ako amoy pawis..amoyin mo pa." at talagang inilapit pa niya yung katawan niya sakin. Tsk. Why do I have to be sorrounded with this kind of women? First mom and now Savannah!
"I knew you got centralized university, but the fact that you just had your run doesnt changed anything..that you will smell sweat." though hindi nga naman talaga siya amoy pawis.
"Run? Hindi naman ako tumakbo ah" she said or rather ask her self, kasi nakakunot pa yung mukha niya na parang nagiisip "tsaka malapit lng naman yung inispeed walk ko" paliwanag pa niya.
"You call three miles as malapit?"
"Three miles? Three miles pala yung galing entrance ng hotel haggang dito?" she asked me na parang confused na confused pa siya. Oh god..trust me to have this kind lf wife.
