Underline: Telepathy

Also pretty much any noises and things Saiki says is through telepathy, as you can probably guess

Having psychic powers if pretty cool, and it comes in handy sometimes.

But it's highly unlikely you'll ever meet another person with psychic powers

It seems like the gods were on my side 2 years ago when I met Saiki. 

~Flashback-3 years ago - middle school year 1~

"New school huh" I whispered quietly to myself, watching my now fellow peers walking into the school. "Guess I'll just repeat the same process I always do"

Just as move to walk in, I bump into someone.

Yeah bumped into someone

Accidentally 

Something I haven't done EVER

My eyes widen as I look up at the unknown male's face, his expression pretty much mirroring mine.

'How come a couldn't feel his presence'

"Sorry about that" I speak

'Wait, did I just talk?'

"Yeah no problem"  He speaks, without even opening his mouth

'No...that's impossible'

"Hey!" I use my telepathy to talk to him. "Are you...a psychic too?"

"Yeah" he responds

"Interesting...Never thought I'd actually meet another psychic"

He's quiet for a second. "What's your name"

"Y/n. Y/n Iradasu Yours?"

"Just call me Saiki"

~Present~

Saiki and I ended up getting together last year, unbeknownst to anyone else in the class. Yeah, people talk because we walk home together and to school together, but I'm pretty sure that theory died after people found out I live next door to him. We never actually speak at school, in fact I sit across the room from him.  Even so, he's the only one I actually talk to, and it's the same for him.

Through telepathy of course 

"Morning Saiki"

"How many times have I told you can just call me by my first name"

"Eh I like the sound of Saiki better" 

"Whatever"

A small smile forms on my face, but before we turn the corner, my expression returns to its normal neutral one. Overall, being in a relationship with Saiki is pretty good

"Saiki!"

Except for that

Teruhashi comes running up, waving at Saiki, completely ignoring my existence as she always does. Her smile widens as Saiki makes eye contact with her, probably wishing that she would go away

In times like this, I'm grateful that Saiki can't read my mind. He would A) tease me for being annoyed with Teruhashi being around him or B) say that I'm being childish.

"I'm going to class"

"We usually walk together though"

"You seem busy" I force an internal laugh. "Good luck with that one"
