But I have yet to play even one game for Karasuno

I've tried to tell captain my ideas for the games, but she just ignores me. Even in practice, everyone has priority, even the first years.

It's unfair

But that's how it is

even though I've been playing volleyball since I was 4

They think I'm a weak player, and I never opposed to it

The only reason I'm staying here, is for Noya.

Noya and I have been best friends since elementary school. It's always been me and him, but then he joined the boys volleyball team. He started always hanging out with them, and leaving me behind. So I joined the girls volleyball team, but it wasn't any better. I don't know what to do anymore honestly.

"Thanks C/n" C/n has been playing volleyball since he was 4 too, and has gone to nationals a few times.

"How are your quick attacks?"

"Um...I think they're okay. I can't work on them at school though, you know how it is"

"Hm...okay let's work on those. Send me one and I'll set it for you"

I nod, stepping back getting ready

~Kuroo's POV~

"How's setting going?"

"Meh it's alright" Kenma continues to play his game.

My eyes dart to a girl not too far from us, setting up for a spike.

"Hey Kenma, look at that" He finally looks up, attention darted towards the girl

The boy with her sets the ball at a quick speed and she spikes it down quickly, almost like Hinata and Kageyama's crazy quick attack

"Nice one Y/n!"

Y/n...she's not wearing a team jacket, she looks like she's in high school, maybe she's not on a team

~Y/n POV~

"Hey kid" My head whips around to see a tall male with a weird bed head hair cut and a shorter male with bleached hair playing a video game walking towards me

"Um hello" I greet. I read on their sweaters 'Nekoma'. I knew Nekoma was near where my cousin lives but I didn't know it was this close

"Your quick attack is really something. What high school do you go to?"

"Karasuno"

"Thats quite a drive from here. You on the volleyball team there?"

"Yeah but I don't really get to play"

"Why not" This guy is kinda pushy...

"Uh well my captain doesn't think I'd be much help in games."

"Which doesn't make any sense, her spikes and receives are solid, not to mention her quick attacks" My cousin interjects

"You're L/n no? The guy that went to nationals a few times but was the legendary setter?"

He nods his head.
