Naruto POV
Time skip to Naruto's birthday
Today's finally my birthday although I'm not extremely excited about it. Only because in the village on my birthday the beatings were worst. I had Itachi save me a couple times but that was before he left the village. I was walking around the base since I had nothing to do until Tobi called my name, "Hey Naruto"
"Yes Tobi?"
"Wanna go training?"
"I don't see why not, so sure"
"Yay Tobi is excited" I smile at his childish ways. We walk out of the base to start some training, well Tobi did but I was really trying to control the kyuubi's chakra. I was a little sad that nobody really remembered my birthday especially Madara, "Naruto do you wanna spar?"
"Sure" with that I got up and into a fighting position. Tobi ran at me trying to punch me I dodged and kneed him in the stomach. This went on for a while him trying to hit me and me dodging and hitting him. When we were done we were both panting, "Wow I didn't expect you to be this good"
"I really didn't do much. Also I wasn't trained a lot back in Konoha"
"Oh I didn't know"
"It's fine really"
"Let's go back in now cause we were out here for a while" we went back in only to find the light off completely. Tobi went to go turn the lights on and all I hear is "HAPPY BIRTHDAY NARUTO!!!" I thought they forgot my birthday, but I was so happy that I started crying then Madara came over and asked, "What's wrong?"
"Nothing it's just that I never had anyone to celebrate my birthday with"
"Well we're all here for you," he turned around "now bring out the cake" Pain brought out the cake it was a chocolate cake my favorite. They sang happy birthday to me and we ate some cake.
After the birthday party
Madara POV
The party was finally over and me and Naruto went out room when Shikamaru called out, "Don't be to loud" so Naruto snapped back with "I should say the same about you and Itachi" then he kept walking to our room and I followed "I wanna cuddle" Naruto said that in a cute baby voice "Sure we can cuddle" so I get in the bed and cuddle him "I'm glad you decided to stay with me"
"I'm glad too" I planted a kiss on his forehead and I felt his breathing calm and I realized he was sleep and I fell asleep not long after "I love you."
