Reinhold.

The man who fought with Kayn at the bar. The one who wanted to capture the gracious one, aka me.

"Indeed." The man answers as he grabs my elbow, dragging me out of the car. I awkwardly stumble out and have to grab his upper arm to prevent a fall from happening. I wrinkle up his maroon blazer slightly but he doesn't seem to care.

"Please just let me help my friends," I beg not even wondering how he found me. It seems like these Androlious are everywhere.

The man isn't even looking my way, his gaze is fixated on the black SUV in front of us. He's most likely another one who's regularly taking
that pill.

"I'll do anything you want, just help me." My voice is raspy.

All this talk about me going to Andromeda seems all too real now. Then we have the fact that my body will be used to reseract some royal ruler.

"I won't fall victim to your human tricks gracious one." Reinhold opens up the door and pushes me forward. I lift my hand and grab the door trying to stop him from controlling me. Quickly I turn my head to look at Kayn one last time.

"He can't do anything for you dear," Reinhold claims. My eyes study the person in who I stupidly enough put my faith. He's just sitting in the car, head hanging down, refusing to meet my disappointed eyes. "He's lucky if he'll survive this."

Those words hurt my soul more than they should.

I give in and let Reinhold push me inside accepting my faith.

Reinhold jumps in the front seat and without hesitation he starts the car and we drive off.

"Why are you doing this? Taking me there, I belong on earth." My eyes are looking down at my bloodstained hands.

"My loyalty is with the royal rulers." He simply answers.

"I don't get it. After everything I've heard about them, I just can't wrap my head around why you all are so hell bound over listening to them."

"Of course, you don't. In this world loyalty means nothing. You break promises like it's nothing."

"At least we have free will." I snap. "We have emotions, we are human. Not soulless monsters like all of you."

"You don't know what you're talking about." I let out a small chuckle shaking my head. He refuses to realize that they live under someone else. They are not their people. They are the ruler's puppets.

"Who's Aurelia?" I heard Kayn talking with Reinhold about this. My gaze goes up and I can see my words affect him as he's hugging the steering wheel tightly. "You love her don't you?"

"We don't love." He argues but something tells me he's lying.

"Is that why you follow their every command? Do you think she'll fall in love with a man who's a coward? Who can't make his own decisions." I try my best to push his buttons.

"Enough!" He yells with a voice that sends shivers throughout my whole body. He grabs something out of his pocket, looks like a gun. Before I have the time to duck he fires away.

***

My eyes are heavy and I can't manage to get them up.

"She means nothing to me." That familiar voice makes my eyes go up. "Just wanted to try out the tellarius lifestyle, you know before marriage and all that. Like a bachelor party, one could say."

"Then tell me why you didn't bring her here first? I'm sure other tellarius women could've fulfilled your need." The mysteriously calm voice lets out. I remain silent, not wanting reality to hit me.
