The kiss he had stolen at noon while Arthit was sleeping had recharged Kongpob's energy, and for the entire afternoon, he was in a good mood, except for the fact that he was constantly worried that Arthit hadn't eaten.

As soon as class was over, Kongpob rushed out of the classroom.

But when he got to the food street, his mood couldn't help but feel a little down.

He didn't even know what Arthit liked to eat, except for the pink frozen milk he'd seen once in a while in his dreams.

Even though his feelings for Arthit had now been reaffirmed, such details still made Kongpob want to retrieve the memories he shared with Arthit from time to time.

But this was something that was out of his control, and no matter how much he wanted it, there was nothing he could do about it.

It was good that Kongpob had left a message at noon, to buy more dinner.

After buying some of the meals that he intuitively thought Arthit might like, Kongpob carried them back to his apartment with great enthusiasm.

At this hour, Arthit must have woken up, so Kongpob politely stopped and reached out to knock on the door.

Unfortunately, there was no response from the other side of the door.

Kongpob had already gotten used to this feeling of being neglected, and didn't mind, he put all the bags in his hands to carry in one hand, pulled out his keys, and walked in the room.

"Oon?" He had taken it upon himself to change his name.

Unfortunately Arthit still hadn't given him any response.

Kongpob had a sudden, not-so-good feeling rising in his heart.

He walked through the entrance with his things, only to find the room already empty.

"Oon?" He called out again, walked towards the bathroom, reached out and knocked on the door, but there was also no movement inside.

When he opened the door, it was empty as well.

Kongpob took a deep breath and found a plate to put the food on the table before he took out his phone and sent a message to Arthit, "Oon, where have you gone? I bought some dinner, Are you coming back to eat?"

Sadly, after waiting for a couple of minutes, Arthit still didn't reply either.

The SMS text messages is not like a line message where you can tell if the person has read it. Kongpob waited anxiously, and simply dialed his number.

Arthit unsurprisingly hung up at the first minute, and when he dialed again, he couldn't get through, so it seems the other party has blocked him already.

The power that the stolen kiss at noon had brought to Kongpob finally began to drain away. Kongpob slumped onto the chair next to the desk, but his eyes happened to fall on the trash can beside him, where the pink frozen milk and bread he'd bought were tossed intact, topped with the Post-it note that had been crumpled by Arthit.

Presumably the reason Arthit didn't just carry these out and throw them away was precisely so he could see them for himself.

Although Kongpob had expected that the journey would not go smoothly, he still felt a little discouraged when he saw Arthit's firm refusal.

But he only allowed himself to show such a decadent appearance when he was behind Arthit's back.

No matter how long the road was, Kongpob couldn't help but feel that the future was full of hope as long as he thought that Arthit was waiting at the end of the road.
