A sentence that is so obstinate, yet so stubborn that it hurts like hell.

Kongpob's movements froze, and his heart ached to its core at the sight of seeing him holding on for dear life, not wanting to shed a tear.

It was only when he was so drunk that Arthit was willing to show his true feelings in front of him.

In his heart, the matter of M had never been over.

Yeah, how could it be over so easily? It was he who had been so negligent that he was just too eager to turn that page over soon.

On second thought, all this time, he had never given Arthit any proper explanation.

Despite his struggles, Kongpob forcibly lifted the man up and placed him on the bed.

As soon as Arthit touched the blanket, he wrapped himself tightly in it, as if subconsciously trying to avoid too much contact with him.

Such a childish, drunken gesture might have been an indication of his true inner thoughts.

To him, Arthit was also subconsciously resisting him even now.

After seeing Arthit's attitude towards him finally change, Kongpob was secretly glad that he was finally willing to try to open up again.

But the truth was not as simple as he thought.

Perhaps Arthit did want to try to be accepting of him, but the resistance was something that even he couldn't control.

"Oon." Kongpob called him softly.

But when he lay on the side of the bed and looked over, he realized that Arthit was asleep.

With tears in his eyes and a knitted brow, he curled up under the covers and fell asleep.

Kongpob sighed deeply, he stretched out his hand to rub over to smooth the furrowed brows, lifted the blanket off him, and then reached out to hold the man in his arms.

Arthit, who had been incredibly resistant to him just a moment ago, was incredibly well-behaved after falling asleep, and as soon as he sensed his body heat, he snuggled closer towards him and found the most comfortable position in his arms, it was a familiar gesture as if they had done this a thousand times already.

And yet Kongpob had no memory of such familiarity.

Kongpob ruffled his bangs, dried his tears again, and whispered, "Did you always sleep next to me like this in the past too?"

Unfortunately Arthit who was asleep wouldn't be able to answer.

Once again, the desire to retrieve their memories surged so strongly in Kongpob's heart.
