drabble eight: nothing feels better than going back to your home after a long day.

moon byulyi has a matured mind-set.

a mind-set that basically made her successful and a mind-set that puts her to where she is now. she is a role model, everyone adores her. her juniors even wishes that they can be like her.

hah, the boyfriend thinks otherwise.

whenever he meets her during shows, she's like the eldest out of the eldest- even having the trait of already heading out of the stage during ending productions.

mamamoo's tradition.

but is she really that matured whenever she's back in the apartment, alone with him?

the answer is a big no.

well yeah, he can't deny that byulyi is really serious within' her work, but still is playful outside of that. it is something that they'll never see, and it's only him and her members for sure.

exactly today, is another day of byulyi's hard work. their comeback is nearing along with seokjin's group too, but the girls were working extra hard and the guys were just polishing here and there, but both of them are still at it.

however, seokjin had extra time for today.

he remembered one time about visiting her in the recording studio when they were recording songs, bringing them foods. she was always grateful for whatever was given to her but- he'll never forget when she restlessly places her head in his shoulder while munching on a burger.

she misses home-cooked foods.

and he was starting to worry, since she's dieting- but when it's unavoidable and busy, they are always eating junk foods, and it's way more wrecking than dieting. he also knows how much she's been working since he had seen how intense it'll be compared to their previous comebacks.

so she's suffering, too. it took her a while to admit it, but he caught her red-handed.

so now, he's secretly in her apartment, granting the permission and key from her younger sister who had just went out of town so he can manage it for a while since byulyi's busy with practice.

he carefully hovers at the pot, checking if the stew is ready or properly made. opening the lid, he was satisfied at the smell and visual of it. he places it back down to let the meat boil inside. steadily seeing if the rice was ready, he heard a faint clicking on the door lock as he chuckled softly, knowing it's her.

heavy foot steps entered the room, along with a heavy sigh.

when she entered the house, he had never expected that he'll see his girlfriend crying instead of being in joy. "oh-" his smile faded, seeing that she was sobbing. her eyes went wide, as she stammers. "jin..."

"what's wrong!?" he was quick to answer, shutting the rice cooker down as he immediately went to her.

upon that question, byulyi had broken down into tears. "jinnie..." she whines softly, succumbing in his arms as he cries her heart out. "i miss you..." she sobs, hugging him tight as he sighs softly, hugging her back. "hey, hey, calm down." he caresses her hair, kissing the top of her head. "you know that it's hard for you to breathe when crying, right?" he pats her back, adding. "that's what the doctor said."

she sobs even more, muttering. "i can't even see you for even an hour like before, everything is so hectic, i'm so tired..." she explains, babbling continuously while crying.

"shhh... shh.." he whispers, patting her head before swaying her slowly. "i- y- they told me that- if i continued being this busy you might leave me-"
