The concert went by in a blur. Scott spent a lot of time with Mitch, Esther and Darien who had come out to watch the concert and afterwards, once the audience had cleared out and Avi had done his usual round of greeting fans, they got together in the bar with everyone who helped to bring the tour to life for some food and drinks.

"Time goes by so fast, hmm?" Esther said to Scott after Avi had given a short speech thanking everyone.

Scott nodded. "It does," he said, sighing softly. "Looking back at it, I remember almost every city we've been to and with everything that happened it definitely is a lot, but in the end, I can't believe that it's been almost 8 weeks. Felt like, I don't know, a month. Then again I think of the days off we spent with my family and it seems to be ages ago. It's so weird."

Esther chuckled. "Welcome to life on the road. You better get used to it if you're going to Europe. It doesn't get better when you're travelling through time zones and to places with different languages" she explained.

Scott nodded. "I know. But still, I am excited about Europe. Not as much as I am excited to hibernate for a few days, but well..."

"You should definitely take a day or two and do nothing. You'll need that time to ground yourself now that you're not travelling almost every single day" Esther advised him.

"Yeah..." Scott took a sip from his drink and smiled when Mitch joined them. "Everything okay, Mitchy?"

Mitch nodded. "I'm fine. Talked to Avi for a while, but everyone seems to want a piece of him tonight."

Scott grinned and looked around quickly before speaking up. "But I'll get the whole deal tonight," he said quietly and then grinned at Esther. "Sorry."

But the woman just rolled her eyes playfully. "There are things I don't want to know," she stated. "Still, I am glad that you made it through the tour. Touring is always hard on relationships, whether you're together or not. I got to know Darien when we were on tour. He's a light technician and I was just starting as a tour manager. Wasn't with Avi, though. Now that we're starting our family, we have decided to not tour as much anymore."

Scott listened to her closely. "Weirdly enough it was not hard at all. Like I am glad to be back home but I am not dreading the next tour." He tried hard to be vague with his wording just in case someone was listening in on them.

"I get that," Esther said. "Anyway, I should go and mingle a little bit. You enjoy your evening and if you're ready to go home let me know. I'll take Avi home anyway." She winked at him before she turned and left them.

"Thank you, Esther," Scott said, feeling his ears get hot.

"Is my girl getting any tonight?" Mitch asked. with a knowing smile on his face.

Scott shrugged his shoulders. "Maybe... depends on how tired we are. At least I get to be with him."

Mitch giggled. "A month is long. Even if you promised to spend some of it with your bestie, you will have lots of opportunities."

Scott smiled. "Yes."

The party dragged on for a while and Avi was busy talking to people. It wasn't his favourite pastime and all he wanted was to go home and be with his boyfriend, but he knew that he couldn't just leave before he had thanked everyone personally.

Still, he was glad when Esther joined him with a new drink, claiming that she needed to steal her brother for a moment.

"Thank you, Esther," he said. "I swear I really like all these people, but sometimes it just gets too much..."

His sister just smiled. "I get that," she said. "If you want to leave, you just have to say the word. I promised to take Scott and his stuff, though."

Avi grinned and looked over to where Scott was standing and talking to Kaleb and some other guys from the team. "I appreciate you taking such good care of my personal assistant" he joked.

"Of course. After all, I want to get him home safely after all he's done for us" Esther returned, playing the game.

Avi just chuckled and drank from his beer. "Of course," he said and looked over at Scott once more, feeling the heat rise his cheeks when Scott looked at him, too and winked.

"Young love," Esther said softly.

"Mmhm... think we can sneak out?" Avi said softly. "Go home?"

"Of course, Avi. As I said before, no one is forcing you to stay. If you're tired or feeling unwell or just done with the day, go home" Esther explained.

"Okay. I always feel bad if I leave before everyone else does" Avi said. "But okay. Toilet break and then we can get ready to leave?"

Esther nodded. "Definitely," she said. "But I'll come with you. Your niece is lying on my bladder again."

Together, the siblings went to the bathrooms backstage, knowing that they were cleaner than the ones everyone went to.

Once he had finished, Avi waited outside for his sister. He took his phone to text Scott real quick but faltered when he saw that he had a new message from Mia.

"Avi. I am so sorry. I don't know when it will blow up, but there are pictures from you and Scott cuddling somewhere backstage taken from afar. I don't know how anyone managed to take them, but I'm sorry. I will try my very best to delay an article from our portal, but I don't know who else has the pictures. I am sending the same message to Scott and Esther to let them know. I am sorry and I love you, Avi. Take care of yourself, please."

"What's wrong, Avi?" Esther asked when she saw her brother stare at the screen of his phone in shock.

"Pictures of me and Scott" Avi just said and opened the file, gasping when he saw him lying half on top of his boyfriend on a sofa in their dressing room in the club in Las Vegas. "No..." He felt tears welling up in his eyes.

"Avi..." Esther said softly and touched his arm. "I'll take care of it."

But Avi just shook his head. "I just want to go home please."
