Millies pov

"Why didn't you say yes?" Maddie said, complaining. I just shrugged.

"I don't know, I got nervous." I said, laying down in my bed. I don't know how to feel about Finn. But I think he's really cool.

"Millie I swear, you're just setting yourself up for failure," Maddie said, laughing.

"Okay change of topic, but we're going to a party tomorrow." Maddie said, and I groaned and out my head in my pillow.

"Come on Millie! It will be fun. You can loosen up. Its supposed to be a really cool party." She said, sitting down at her desk to do more homework. I looked up at her.

"What, so you can go stay at jacks and fuck him again?" I said, which made her gasp. She threw a pen at me.

"Rude bitch." She said, making both of us laugh.

"But I was thinking he could come back here. We will probably leave a little early." Maddie said, and I nodded.

"I'll stay at sadies," I said, obviously knowing she wants the dorm to herself.

"Thank you millieee," she said, running over and giving me a hug, which I laughed at her for.

"I can't wear this." Millie said, Maddie looking at her. Maddie thought it looked good, but Millie didn't like the way it looked on her.

"Come on, you look great." Maddie replied, Millie still staring at herself in the mirror. She was wearing a skirt that hugged her body with a sweater. It was casual, but Millie doesn't like wearing skirts.

"Suck it up, we're leaving." Maddie said, grabbing her hand as the two made their way to wherever this party was.

"We're gonna get so drunk tonight." Gaten said, making Finn chuckle. Finn didn't want to get drunk though, not tonight. He wasn't feeling up to it.

"I'll probably have a drink or two, but that's it. I have to look out for all you dumbasses," Finn said as the four walked out of Noah's dorm to get to the party.

"You're not fun," Noah said, making Finn hit his arm. Finn isn't much of a drinker.

The four walked into the party, hearing the music already blasting and people talking and dancing.

"Damn are we late?" Caleb said, checking his watch. It was 8:00. They should be right on time.

"It started at 7 dumbasses." Gaten said, making the boys feel stupid. They all walked in and found some friends, talking and such.

Finn went over to the living room, and his eyes made his way over to Millie, which he was not expecting to see. His heart jumped a little bit when her eyes also met his. She smiled at him and walked over to him, happy to see him here.

"Hey Finn! What are you doing here?" Millie asked him. He was a little too interested in her outfit, not replying for a second.

"The guys wanted to come, what's up?" He said smiling.

"Let's have a drink," he heard her say, and he nodded. He could tell she's already had one; or two.

"Millie, I seriously can't dance." Finn told her, as she was holding his hands trying to drag him over to dance. His hands felt tingly when she held them.

"Come on dummy, please?" She said, almost tripping over her words. She's had a lot to drink. He smiled at her, and gave in. He's just going to have to make a fool of himself for this girl.
