Crayola jolted awake to the loud ring. He grabbed his phone and winced. Please don't wake Matt and Error... He answered not seeing rhe caller ID. "Hello?" He noticed it was around 3 AM in most AUs. Who was calling him!?

"Crayola..?" Seven sniffled like he had been crying. His breath hitched over the call.

Crayola sat up in bed. "Seven? What's wrong what happened!?" If his older brother was crying then something was seriously wrong...

"Nothing! im sorry for waking you up. I'll just go–" There was a faint beeping in the background.

"Seven are you in the hospital again?" Crayola asked softly.

The older twin was silent for a little bit. "Yeah... And i have finals next week and I don't know if I'll be out in time and my professor is an asshole and if i fail that final ill fail the class and im so close to graduating and getting into med school and if I fail I don't know what to do!"

"Hey! Slow down! Breathe Seven. It's okay. It's gonna be okay! I promise."

"It's not! I was doing so good for so long and then this happened and I'm just the sick one again. Jessie has his business, Clover is travelling the world, you're basically a god! Im just Sick Seven!"

"Seven stop it! You are not just that. You're smart. Like pops! You put yourself through school all on your own! You want to find a permanent cure to your condition. You're my big brother. Seven you're great! "

Seven sniffled over the phone. "You think..?" He asked.

   Crayola smiled. "Yup."

Seven laughed a bit and wiped his eyes. "Thanks Crayola... I needed that... you won't tell anyone about this right?"

"Nope. Now get back to sleep. You need rest to get better. And if you aren't better then take the test online."

" Yeah. Thanks again. Love you Crayola. "

" Love you too Seven. " He put the phone down and smiled to himself. He should go see his brother soon. Hopefully when he graduated. Crayola yawned and laid back in bed to sleep again.
